I called in and Josey (not sure of spelling) was a great help! I’m from out of state and this is the first time ordering from Steak Express. She helped with recommendations. She was very professional and courteous. The food was excellent, better than I expected for a delivered steak sandwich. The steak was cooked exactly right and the baked potato was cooked well, too. Everything was wrapped separately so the warm stuff was warm and the cold stuff cold. Will definitely eat from there again. Highly recommend.

I’m always having issues with this location it’s a hit or miss chance I’ll get food that I can enjoy only reason I go to it is because it’s the closest to me and I keep hoping it’ll get better last time my philly was super salty I asked to speak to the manager he seemed interested in fixing the situation I had to suggest he remake the sandwich and bring in my previous sandwich. Today I thought I’d give it another try and order a philly without soy sauce and I was disappointed again my sandwich meat was covered in what looked like hard charred bits of an unclean grill very disappointing smh

I’ve been in Odessa for two months now and this is the only place I’ve received awesome customer service. The young man was so nice even though my BF and I drove into the drive-thru window trying to order but they dont have a drive thru window! The young man explained the menu and bent over backwards to see that we were happy. Not only was that a great experience but my philly steak sandwich was excellent! I’m very picky about food so was skeptical about a place that serves steak on the fly. I can honestly say it was the best philly I had ever eaten. I will be back and highly suggest this place to anyone that likes steak. Thank you!

Call before you go or order it online. They have delivery. The turkey cheese burgers are really good. Really nice people I ordered in the drive thru I went inside and they gave me a free dessert for waiting on my food.

1st time. Good customer service and clean appearance. Sirloin steak salad Romain not iceburg thank goodness was enough for 3 people but barely enough meat for one. Wouldnt mind paying 3$ more for larger meat portion and not 1$ for onions and 2$ for mushrooms although the grilled flavor was delicious. Tea was not watered down and came complimentary. I will likely return to try other options on the menu.

5/23/21 I ordered the 14 ounce ribeye with the loaded baked potato on the side. The steak was cooked to perfection and the baked potato was delicious as well. The sweet tea was good as well as the giant chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

My meal was undercooked, the pattie was still pink & cold in the middle, when I called to talk to someone, they asked me to send them pictures and stated that’s how it was suppose to be. I’ve ordered this meal several times before and it was cooked all the way, so I’m more than sure this is not the way it was supposed to be. They did not even make the attempt to make it right, or correct my order. Even so, the person who took the order should have asked how I wanted it cooked, because not everyone likes their meat undercooked. Such a shame that this is the way they do buisness.

Valentines day was a crazy day for them. The whole evening crew was bad. Cooks arguing. Front of house not even acknowledging you’re presence. I felt bad for the the guy that was working front of house and drive thru. Place had no order in managing the chaos.
