Sad to say poor food. the pizza was big but poor quality bad, bland taste to it they need to stick with something they no and leave the pizza to the ones that no it better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat just being honest. and one more thing is very important is the address is not on 13801 south school no more they moved I didn’t know that and no one else will neither they didn’t take the time to tell others that they moved you have to find that out like I did and telling me they moved over 3 years ago and don’t let people know that now you tell me is that business or not.

Their pizza slices are good and always ready! Had their wings yrs ago. They were good and juicy. Never had a problem with them with customer service issues….they came into this neighborhood over 10 yrs ago and knew how to treat the people that lived in it….so they remain!

Horrible customer service. This pizza shop is around the corner from where I stay, and I have gave them two chances to redeem themselves. First time I clearly ordered a stuffed pizza was quoted a low price than I feel I should have been, so I called back after doing the math to make sure the order was correct was told they had my order correct, and then show up with a thin crust pizza. When notifying them of their mistake they were nasty about it. I received nothing but attitude and was told I placed the order in correctly. After time went past decided to give them another try last night, and man I ordered a stuffed pizza, fruit punch 2 liter and fries. The order was 25 I asked if I gave the driver a 5 dollar tip would I be able to receive change from a fifty. Was told no problem. When the delivery guy gets here he calls to say he is outside, I go to my front door and see him parked outside and He doesn’t get out the car. He calls back yelling at me to come to his car and get the pizza. I called the shop to tell them about their rude delivery guy, and was told did I know what neighborhood I stayed in? I stay in the same neighborhood they decided to build their business in that’s where. And it’s the middle of the winter… I was highly upset I’m six months pregnant I wasn’t about to walk to anyone car I planned to tip. When the delivery guy did finally get out the car, they had sent the wrong 2 liter. I called the pizza shop to let them know about their mistake and was hung up on. I will never order from here again…

Customer service sucks and you better watch your card if you’re using credit or debit, they’ll tell you the system didnt read it and next thing you know you’re charged twice. Not only that I had my pizza delivered, the delivery man told me he wasn’t getting out of the car because he didn’t trust the neighborhood (I’m literally one block away smh. I’m done with this place

I wish I can give zero stars. The delivery driver lied my total and added on ten dollars. When I call the next day to speak to the manager he gave me such a hard time. I gave the driver a 50 and he told the manager I gave him two 20’s. Really lied to his boss like that. Long story short they wouldn’t give me my ten dollars back and the manager said “next time pay in twenties”. No how about I could have if he said he couldn’t accept it instead of lying and stealing people money. Don’t order here the pizza wasn’t even that good. They don’t care about the customers.

I stopped for a slice of sausage pizza after discovering this take-out place. It was fresh from the oven but lacking in flavor. The crust was soggy and the toppings were miniscule. I wouldn’t visit again.

I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone, I am new to the neighborhood & I called asking about the menu & prices & I was mistreated & spoken to as if I wasn’t a customer. My feelings are EXTREMELY hurt & I will be notifying a higher authority on their behalf.

I called asked how much for a slice of pizza and fry with delivery and all he did was give me the total. Then I asked again how much for a slice of pizza and his rude ass hung up.. 2nd bad experience won’t be ordering from them again

I specific ordered no cucumber sauce on a frozen made gyro and the gentleman wh spoke limit English who took my order refused to admit he messed it up and wouldn’t fix it!! The worst part is I order my food the same way every damn time over 10!!! ❌

My understanding there under new owners….Now “Rico Rinos”…great pie….mostaccioli was good as well…..short wait time on delivery….and most of all ……”food was hot”!….. ….costumer service was excellent….friendly & courtious….Will make a point to order again my next trip in the area….Good job….hope it stays this way….
