The food would be amazing but they are very tight with there chili at this location, for that price?! It makes it very bland plus a lot of the times it’s just thrown together and the burrito isn’t rapped correctly, I expect a fair amount of chili being the fact I ordered EXTRA this isn’t a one time thing they do this all the time. Which is a few of the reasons I will not be coming back to this location (Santa Fe).Come on get it together guys your losing business shorting your food variance isn’t going to bring you more $$$ or customers.

I’ve eaten a ton of frito pies in my lifetime, but theirs is one of my favorites. It was fresh, crunchy, and spicy. My only complaint would be that they change the container they put them in. It’s a heavy food item, and the styrofoam container just kept breaking. It made for a messy meal.

So first off, I go there for the food and I know that going in… At the one here in Santa Fe, I’m not going in for a comfortable dine-in service. So, as far as the atmosphere rating, that’s why it didn’t score more than a 3 star. But the food is great! Have yet to have anything just ok. My favorite meal is a breakfast burrito. They have a drive-thru, which helps, but the line can be a long wait if you call ahead or order online, as others order at the window and you end up waiting for their food to be made. The El Parisol on the south side if Santa Fe and newr Cities of Gold both seem to have a dine in area and even outdoor areas.

South Location: I have always enjoyed El Parasol. Especially this location, however, I went there yesterday and ordered the ground beef tacos. Since when do you put potatoes in a taco? I know they have them in the vegetarian tacos. But in the ground beef? Seems to me they are trying to cut corners and not use so much ground beef yet the prices have gone up of course. That is very disappointing and they have lost a good loyal customer because of it. If they are going to add potato to the ground beef then they should say so on the menu! What if someone orders them and has a food allergy to potatoes?

I have always loved this place, but recently it hasn’t been that great. I ordered shredded beef tacos and they were sooo greasy and the shells were broken. They have gotten so expensive, if I crave tacos, I’m going to Fusion tacos.

I went in, because and it was pretty busy. The food is so good there. It is pricey, but we’ll worth it. I tried the steak burrito for the first time. The chicken guacamole tacos are my favorite. Good service, eventhough it took awhile.

Drive thru staff was friendly but I didn’t know it was pre-orders only. Went inside and with rude, unhelpful management spent $75 on a dozen tacos n one veggie burrito. Food was great but expected more for the price I paid. I’m sure I would have gave another star if not for the rude management taking inside orders.
