Did a DoorDash order for a “large” BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The pulled pork was very dry, there was hardly any sauce!! And the coleslaw was not even filled up in the individual-size container.Come on, you guys can do better than that! See pictures…. first time ordering from here, & probably the last time.

Honestly the atmosphere and the staff are amazing but the food absolutely sucks. Seriously pork ribs oozing blood!? What in the actual grossness is this? I would suggest being very VERY careful if you eat here. You can tell everything came out of a can. Nothing like trying to poison your customers.

I came when it’s slow so I can’t speak to the performance during peak hours but that aside, this place is great. Food is fantastic, people are decent and helpful. If you’re in the mood for some BBQ this is the place to be. Very reasonably priced also.

Sunday went in here to pick up a food delivery order. The person behind the counter said “it’s all ready you just need two large Fantas” and shoves the cups at me. I replied I don’t work here you do. He then went over to the drink station by the drive thru window to get them.

The BBQ beef brisket is amazing! They have these restaurants in Witchita, KS and I always loved eating there. A taste of KC BBQ in the Southwest. Some of the reviews are off-putting but my order was great! A little pricey but worth it!

First time going. They were pretty busy with drive-through and pick-up orders, but the staff were very apologetic and thanked us for waiting. The manager ended up taking our order. He was amazing and helpful. The loaded baked potato with the brisket was awesome. The ribs were tender and really good, and the Texas toast was buttery and nicely toasted. The pulled pork was a little dry, but the flavor was there. I got the baked beans they were pretty good. The watermelon tea was great. We will definitely be going back. Go try it

Everything looked absolutely amazing. It was very delicious except the BBQ brisket. It had a old dry been in the fridge a few days taste. They said it was made the same day but im a chef and as someone who avidly smokes meat i could tell the meat either wasn’t stored properly before cooking or after. Wasnt a big deal. The manager offered to replace it with something else but we was ok. Good service.

Visiting Phoenix I wanted some BBQ and I saw that this was close to the airport and had good reviews

Easily the worst brisket I’ve ever had. Also didn’t expect it to be all chopped up rather than sliced. Tasted like dog food. Interesting how a cut of brisket is like 5.99 a pound and places be charging extra for the cheapest item

The Drive-Thru experience was great, ordered a regular Carolina Pulled Pork definitely the best with some BQQ sauce on the side with a baked potato and an apple cobbler for dessert, was the best food/dessert. Will be going back soon!
