Its VERY hot in the building. We waited over an hour for our food. They burned our food, and when asked, all the workers continued socializing and let the pie we also ordered, burn as well. The place was filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floors, the bathrooms were disgusting. Would not recommend. At all. The workers have NO manners.

The surf n turf is always good. I love the spicy fried chicken. Biscuits are always good and so are the red beans and rice, but here lately the fried chicken hasn’t been that great. It’s been kinda cold. The staff ain’t that friendly, they kinda act like they don’t want to be there, and they also get attitude when they forget something or mess up your order

This has been the best Popeyes I have ever been to. The Manager by the name of Michelangelo (which I love his name) took my order and told me to have a seat and that he would bring it out there to me and my family. Very disappointed. Slow service, out of some sides ( red beans/ rice, mashed potatoes ) 2 cars in front of me, left as I kept hearing they were out of things. The car in front of me evidently wanted spicy, but all they had was thighs and legs in spicy. ♀️ lobby was closed , I’m not sure why. Sad, used to be a great restaurant, it’s being run down.

Took over 40 minutes to get what was supposed to be some chicken tenders and red beans. I should’ve checked before I left because I ended up with a different side. The line had been backed up and when I finally got to the window I saw one girl working and trying to help and asking some of the other coworkers (a building full) to help get some ranch cause they were out and everyone refused to help her. I didn’t get her name but she was working the drive thru and I felt so bad for her.. they really need to get some better employees and management. Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait a ridiculously long time (there was one car in front of me the entire time) and like others have said I have an issue with the food either being not done or the wrong thing.

My experience today was extremely disappointing alone with the young lady at the window being somewhat rude. We ordered through the mobile app that was not operating properly so I wanted to add to our order at the store. Once we arrived, there was a wait though only 3 cars were in the drive thru. I understand that there might have been other phone orders or mobile app orders so the wait might have been justified. I was trying to add to my order at the intercom, when I was told to pull up the window and the intercom was cut off. At the window I wanted to add to my order but I was interrupted by the young lady and told you can’t order at the window!! This was around 11 am 05/07/2023.

We waited one hour to get our food, and we did not realize until we got home that they hadn’t given us our biscuits, which was one of the main reasons we went there. We love the food, but an hour to get it is way too long

I went to the drive thru on Sunday. I ordered the 10 piece special for $24.99, drove all the way home. We got ready to eat and the chicken was white and was not done. We didn’t live close so I couldn’t just take it back. It’s bad when you pay that much for something to eat and then you can’t eat it.
