Tim Hortons is awesome, but the biggest issue with this location is that they just close whenever. It’s obviously either an employee issue or that they didn’t get a shipment of supplies, but it happens way too often, almost weekly. Something needs to give. When they are open, the staff is great, fast working, and the food is pretty good too. Granted a cup of coffee shouldn’t be the thing to steer my day, but when I need a wake me up and a garbage can or chain is blocking the drive-thru I know there’s really no other place to go to get what I am looking for for breakfast.

We attempted to eat here today and was informed that they weren’t serving food and that the ice capp machine was broken. If my 8 y.o. daughter said how can they not serve food? We were visiting the area and now I know for future not to stop here when visiting.

Ordered 10 birthday cake Timbits. Got home and my daughter opens the box and finds 10 random, different Timbits. I have to drive 10 miles back to town to exchange for the correct order. Whoever was working this morning between 11.00 and 11.30am this morning, May 5th, 2023, needs to be fired. Clearly incompetent. Applies to the rude cashier on duty at the window. No attempt at an apology, dust defensive and rude. Clearly not suited to a position in customer service. While I’m on here I also want to echo the critical comments posted by several other reviewers. This franchise is seriously mismanaged. Frequently just offer what they feel Ike offering, not what is advertised on the menu. Case in point, today there were no hot breakfast options. Highly advise you to avoid this place. The staff and service sucks and the Manaus incompetent.

They pick and choice what they want to sell that day. Some days you can get a donut and coffee. You might even get lucky and get a sandwich once a month if they decide that they want to sell and make them. Their open hours don’t match to what’s posted. They also love to take the time to be rude and sound like no one ever wants to be there. They never put signs up. About not having sandwiches and donuts available they just get mad at you for asking and become very short with answer after. I’ve sent a complain to corporate as well. At the rate this place is being run it would be best to just close the doors and not even try anymore.

Sporadic hours, closed on Saturday….? I think the employees be putting that yellow chain up when they dont wanna work, the staff already seem “super ambitious” that places needs to upgrade themselves.. staff seem to not care at all, usually very slow, can’t ever hear them talking thru the speaker, inconsistent with our orders, coffee tastes different everyday. more problems than anything there

Glad to see that the drive-thru is open again, but donuts and customized coffee beverages for a large family is far easier at a lobby walk up instead of trying to get orders from the back of the van and call them in through a microphone. Can’t wait till the lobby is opened up again.
