DoritosCool RanchPapadia was on the menu for dinner. Wings and a medium pizza part of the $6.99 deal rounded out the meal. The papadia was good, not great, I didn’t get a real ranch dori to taste from it. Had plenty of ranch powder flavoring but not the taste. Overall its good. Worth trying. Comes with a dorito dipping sauce. Service from the Kenwood location was good.

So I called at 1:48pm a male with an Indian accent answers the phone, and I place my order. After placing my order, he pushly asked me if I would like to add on cheesy breadsticks or upgrade my pizza to a large size. I tell him that I’m with a customer and I do not have time for this and I would just like my pizza. 2:30 I call and he answers and says it will be on there in 10-15 minutes…3:15pm I call so hunger about my pizza. The Indian lady tells me I need to call back and press five. I do so in the American gentleman tells me I need to call back and press one. I am blowing a gasket at this point… The American man explained to me that my order was never placed. So the mail, Indian, who took my order decided not to place it because his ego was hurt that I had to hurry up and go at work…. I made it clear that I want my pizza and they have order of history with me. Not once did they offer anything for all the trouble and all the hours I waited on my food I would leave zero stars if I could.

I placed a pick up order through DoorDash and my dessert ( Cinna pull aparts) was not made correctly. I tried contacting DoorDash and both the store directly. All I wanted was a remake since the restaurant was the one who made the mistake. I called and spoke to the manager who was very rude and refused to remake the item for me. So now I’ve wasted my money and my dessert is not edible!

I usually order from this location, but was disappointed to find that my order included onions (I never added them on the online order). I also asked for sausage on half of the pizza, and it was mainly on one slice. Feels like I wasted my money, taking business elsewhere.

I ordered from this location on Uber Eats. For one they blatantly forgot to give the driver my 2 liter; on top of that I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they gave me cheese. I don’t know how you could make that big of a mistake, it really wasn’t too difficult. Won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
