I have ordered food from this location for YEARS, but they lost me as a customer. I ordered a salad, large pizza, and Smores dessert through Doordash. We started to eat the salad, and, thank goodness, I noticed the FURRY clumps of diced tomatoes before ingesting any. (see pic) Salads are eaten raw, so we could have gotten sick from the rotten produce! And, I checked the date on the salad container, which said it needed to be sold by that day’s date. Obviously, if you put old ingredients in a salad and call it fresh, you’re wrong. Freshly made and fresh ingredients are two different things. So, since I cannot trust this restaurant with my health and safety, I won’t be ordering from them again.

I placed my order online and expected it to be ready 30 min later when I showed up. It wasn’t. So I sat and waited as there were alot of people in there. I notice they were taking new orders and only making the new orders. I finally get one person’s attention and asked if they planned on making the online orders. She digs through a pile of receipts and say oh yeah here you are and then they made it finally. I didn’t really look at the pizza quality until I got home as I was just frustrated. Get home and the pizza crust is much thinner than normal, the quality of how they made it was a mess. I will never go back to that location.

A friend of mine has a gluten allergy, when we placed our order over the phone the worker was extremely understanding of her allergy and offered to prepare her Pizza on a completely separate surface with separate tools. my friend is commonly worried about being an inconvenience with her allergies however Papa Murphy’s made it quick and easy for her to get what she needed and have a yummy meal that wouldn’t affect her diet issues with cross contamination.
