Amazing place! Definitely get their ramen only, though, it was worth it. Aesthetics were nice. They’re open late, fyi. The overall location is great as well. Would go again if in the area.

The menu for here may be a bit confusing at first but then I got it. All of their broths are vegan based and come in flavors such as soy, salt, miso, and cream. Most of the broths you can get spicy if you’d like. The ramen for each broth is not necessarily vegan and you can choose to get it with chashu, fried chicken, or tofu. Overall the ramens they have are slightly cleaner tasting and less fatty than what you could get elsewhere.

Greeted and seated immediately from walk in. Excellent service and friendly staff. Truly delectable ramen. I ordered the Garnet and the pork and broth were so flavorful!! I will be back! Also, I was wished a great day and thanked for coming upon leaving. Loved it!!

Food was very good. I was looking for a traditional ramen restaurant. It was clear in the menu that this is more of a modern ramen restaurant with a traditional base. Nothing wrong with that and honestly I believe that it is what is expected of successful restaurants in today’s economy.

We were looking for a place still opened around 9pm and we saw this place. Luckily we got a parking around and got in with their friendly service. Their fried chicken served so fast and it tasted the best Japanese style fried chicken I ever had ever. The bun is so soft and the ramen tasted super flavorful and rich.

1st time at this Ramen place at Long Beach. Tried the Garnet soup (Miso flavored) ramen with grilled pork, bamboo shoots, egg and noodles. The Takoyaki (battered octopus) and seaweed salad. My nephews ordered the kid’s meal Amber soup (Soy +Umami flavor) with chicken & corn. To go, we got pork buns and shrimp siumai. They are delicious.

You can eat tasty ramen, which are almost on the same level as ramen in Japan.

This location does not uphold the same taste/standards of the branch downtown.
