Went here for the first time yesterday – selected because of the reviews. It held up to the standard. The food was good, but my super burrito (with chicken) could have used a bit more seasoning. Maybe I’ll try the pork super burrito next time based on the recommendation of another customer. Burrito was huge! (Almost twice the size of a soda can)

I got a quesadilla with chorizo which is a supreme. First time here, the man in the front was helpful and courteous. I fell upon this place from walking to my car and was so hungry I had to stop in for a bite. Took it to go and ate it along the way on my drive.

I must say after years of going to El Farolito in Concord and Oakland, my last visit was the only time that I’ve been dissatisfied. I ordered my usual Burrito and it was very disappointing. It had no flavor whatsoever. I don’t know if it was just a off day for the cook or if the quality has gone down. I’ll try it one more time to see how it is. If it’s not good, then I won’t go back to the Concord location any more. The Oakland location is very good every time I’ve gone, for the last 30 plus years! I’ve never been disappointed at the Oakland location.
