Great place and amazing food! We got two large pizzas for the 5 of us and couldn’t finish them because they were huge. They made the pizza fresh and it was served to us hot. The pizza was flavorful and it’s always nice to have restaurants serve halal meat.

This was my first time to Salam restaurant. Staff was very friendly and Resturant has very good atmosphere and very spacious. But when it comes to taste I cannot give more than 3 stars. I was very disappointed with the taste as it has No flavour at all and the only difference I noticed between Mandi and Kabsa is chicken and Lamb both had same flavourless rice. The best Mandi I had was in Malaysia & Toronto. After tasting their food, I have a feeling I overpaid for the food I got. Will not visit again!

I happened to come on a day when nearly everything was broken and the restaurant was empty. The AC was down, the drinks machine was down, etc. I was nervous because I was the only person there and I’d never been here before. The owner popped up from behind the counter and was super nice. Helped me customize my order, and his Lamb Khab was AMAZING. I came back a day later to try his baklava (it sells out super fast) and it was so so so so so good! Big base of crushed Walnuts, and absolutely soaked in honey. Cannot recommend enough. I’ll be back!!!

I ordered from Salam restaurant for takeout when I was visiting Morgantown. I was pleasantly surprised with their food. The lab and rice doesn’t look great because it got tossed around in the car but it tastes amazing.

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous inside and has amazing food. We always enjoy the baba ganoush with our meals, the sandwiches are huge and taste incredible, and I’ve loved trying new dishes like the stuffed grape leaves and the Turkish coffee. The staff is very personable and even remembers us after we’ve come in for a while. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for very good food with great prices!

Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food, Salam brings a piece of the middle east right in the heart of Morgantown. This location is extremely efficient as it is located right off of High Street. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone whose willing to expand their flavor profile and experiment little bit with middle eastern flavors. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu, they are more than happy to explain the menu’s items in detail. I ordered the “Mixed Grill” and I absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this restaurant for all groups and ages.

If you have not tried this place, do yourself a favor. There are so many great dishes on the menu, we wanted to try them all but will save for the future trips. The service is outstanding and the food was even better. The meat pizza had the whole family anxious to come back. We need to keep places like this around.

Very friendly staff! My order was meant to be prepared in 15 minutes,but I had a baby with me and when I asked for something that could be ready fast, the man gave out free bread and cool meal with salad for free.
