Ordering from this location has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The delivery driver was rude, considerate, I didn’t have a big enough tip for him so he gave me the tip back and then went to try to chase me up my steps to my appointment and take the food back something needs to be done about the disk driver and I am very unhappy about it

It’s definitely an awesome location because a couple days when i went over to place a order of their pizza with their garlic wings with their breadsticks for as my lunch one of the employees was absolutely very friendly to help me with my order so then the same employee even offer to give me a takeout menu along with the same employee even explain to me what happen to bridgeville’s location which makes me feel very pleased to know about this and oh my gosh the pizza with the garlic wings with the breadsticks came out perfectly so i will come back to this location more often

This place has gone down hill so fast. It’s closed when it’s supposed to be open, the crust is often burnt and the delivery drivers are possibly the worst out of any in the south hills. Their staff are beyond unprofessional and rude as well.

This used to be my favorite pizza place in Dormont, but over the past year or so, the store has gotten really flaky. It’s often closed on days or times it’s supposed to be open. The quality is very inconsistent. We get pizza with burnt crust, different amounts of cheese, stacked and not well distributed pepperoni, etc. I do not recommend.

I have ordered 4 times from this location, all delivery, all online. I have left the same delivery instructions all 4 times. I simply ask them not to ring the doorbell, so as to not agitate my dogs or wake children. I also ask to leave on the porch. They leave it on the porch, and ring the doorbell, and walk away. They see part of the instructions but deliberately ignore the other part. I literally put in the instructions “for the love of god do not ring doorbell”. They have rung my doorbell all 4 times. It seems as if they are intentionally screwing with me. I called twice and spoke to someone once named John claiming to be the manager. He said he would have a talk with his delivery drivers. If you want to deliver positive customer experience and stay in business in these trying times: Do Better.

DO NOT order pasta and boneless wings for delivery from here. Both my pasta (meatballs with penne) and boneless wings were embarrassing to receive, to say the least. The portion of pasta was way too small, barely any sauce, and barely any pasta! The pasta is served in a tiny aluminum pan. The boneless wings were supposed to be glazed with BBQ sauce but there was barely any sauce on them at all. I got $2.00 worth of food for almost $30. Total rip off.

When I called the store to address the issue the CALLER WAS RUDE….. An only offered to give $5.00 on the next order an basically blamed grub hub for everything ‍♀️ never again
