Just waited to get my order taken for 15 min. Arrived at 9:46 after 3 employees argued the whole time about who was going to take my order They finally came to the register at 10:01 and told me the lobby closed at 10. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area…now it needs to be shut down. They don’t care about customers or quality anymore. It’s obvious that starts with the ownership.

The person that took the order was okay. I got two nacho fry deluxe boxes, a potato taco, a mango freeze and a beefy taco but I was missing both of my chalupas from my boxes, my cheese sauce was halfway empty and SPILLED in the bag, my fries were flipped over in the bag, and he almost didn’t give me one of my drinks but I have told him i was missing one before i drove off.

Kicked us out of the dining room as we were ordering our food on the computer screen ourselves, telling us that we need to just go to the drive thru. SMH absolutely unprofessional behavior of coworkers going in and out hanging out with friends in the parking lot instead of allowing patrons to order and receive their food from inside. There was a couple ahead of us who were able to get their food, so let’s just kick out the Hispanic people. That makes sense!

Just like everywhere else you eat, more expensive than ever. Taco 12pack used to be $12 not very long ago. Now it is $18, and I swear they have miniaturized the meat scoops they use for their tacos. Other menu item prices were equally raised to outlandish. Their food is still budget but pricing doesn’t reflect that. You could go eat at a real Mexican restaurant for the same price as Taco Hell…

Why are Taco Bells so bad at changing their sign to the breakfast menu. It’s like 80 percent of the time they have the wrong menu up. Then they want to just start rattling off items they have instead of coming out and changing the menu. That’s when you just drive away.

If I could give no stars I would. Went through drive-thru and the lady was extremely rude. Items were forgotten so I had to go back through. Just when you think she couldn’t be even more rude, she proceeded to basically sling the items that were missing out the window. The freeze drinks were foam and she stated that’s how they are supposed to be. Then proceeded to close the window on me. Opened it back when she noticed I wasn’t moving. And told me to pull forward and they will bring a new flavor out to me. I waited 10 minutes in an empty drive thru and no replacements. I pulled back through and she said I would bring it out to you. I replied yeah that was 10 minutes ago. She then gave me foam drinks again and only filled them halfway. And basically tossed them out the window. So I’m now out 2 freeze drinks and my money.

i freaking love this taco bell, they almost always get my order right, they’re super friendly, super fast and convenient, my food is always hot and properly portioned i come here so often it’s kinda embarrassing but as a college student taco bell is quick easy and affordable on a night where i work late or i wanna treat myself to a special inexpensive treat/meal

Love taco bell usually get #8 crunchy. This time got the 10 pack. They were slammed woman in front of me placed several orders and all were change this add this. She should have gone on. But anyway got home opened up started eating. Some of the tacos were ok some not so much. Hardly any beef. My last one had maybe a teaspoon of meat. Guess they were on a hurry. Usually when I get the 3 pack they are filled pretty good. Oh well.
