If the sub was an indication of a bew product, they failed miserably! Looked like a regular sub, the meat was all jammed together, the soft mozzarella was a thin slice of hard mozzarella, the lettuce was encased in the “pesto” sauce (not the same as commercial, lettuce/mayo combo) & all shoved into the back closed crack of the sub bun, which had been baked too long, tomato was smashed & miniscule. Sure didn’t look like the picture! Cross JJ’s off my list for good!

I travel for work and Jimmy John’s is one of my go tos. They are reasonably priced and it’s good food but for this location I’ve been running into problems. At this Jimmy John’s it’s a fight just to order your sandwich. I was greeted hate and bitterness from an older lady. After I repeated the address of my hotel along with the room number at least 6 times I was hit with “ I don’t we deliver there.” To which I responded with “You guys are a mile away I would be surprised if you didn’t.” I got put on hold for a minute or 2 while she checked and then conceded that yes they did deliver to my address after that though same deal with the credit card info and order she made me repeat myself to the point I thought she was trying to get me to hang up. So yea rough experience I’ve tried ordering there 1 more time but they stop delivering an hour early so it was my sign to give Jimmy John’s up while I was in grove city. The food was good though lol.

Do NOT expect great service at this location. I attempted to order a tuna sub today in their drive-thru. When I requested to add mayo I was aggressively asked if I truly wanted to add this condiment as the tuna is made with mayo…ummm, sir- I’m pretty sure I know how I like my food and I’m aware that tuna is made worth mayo. That was my sign to go somewhere else for lunch as i no longer trusted the integrity of the food.

So my husband went to pick up food this evening, got there at 8:45pm, this location closes at 9pm, they ignored the drive thru completely and when my husband went to go inside the employee locked the door in front of him and said they weren’t filling anymore orders even though they were still open.

The cashier never said anything to me other than to say the total I owed. No “may I help you, what can I get you, or thank you”. This is the first and last time I will visit this location. I do not think it is that difficult to acknowledge appreciation to a customer for spending their money at your place of business.

I place an order on DoorDash the guys from the store calls me and said we don’t have people and we are short staff that fine. Jimmy John’s please train your people to not call customer buddy what happen to sir or ma’am where is the respect you guys have to do better. P.S if you don’t have the staff to do DoorDash turn it off.

I went through the drive-through and ordered one medium Diet Coke, and one sub. they hand me the Coke right away which you have Coke rolling down the side of the cup. I had to clean it up. Waited at the window for 10 minutes and finally received my sub .I wasn’t too happy the wait time was ridiculous.

Went there on 2/12 to get food on the way home. When we got home, found out there was no cheese on my #8. You can turn around and look at the menu if you forget the ingredients. Putting the sandwiches together behind a box so I can’t watch what they’re doing doesn’t help. We won’t go there anymore. Just stupid.
