The pizza was good but it usually takes longer than their estimated time for your food. The last time it was supposed to be ready by 629 pm at the latest. At 640, I went to check in and the pizza hadn’t been put in yet. I finally got my food at 7pm. Unfortunately they seem very understaffed.

Pizza here is always good. Only giving them 3 stars bc I always order on the app and the time it’s suppose to be ready isn’t ever right. Always takes at least 10-15 minutes longer than what the app says. They need to do a better job of getting the pizzas out on time. Other than that this place is good for affordable pizza!

Pizza was looking a little fried up and tired. Asked for another one. Next one was edible at least. I don’t know, I’m just not that fond of a pizza that’s 15/20 minutes past it’s exit oven time. But like I said, the 2nd pizza was edible. I mean, I’m sure I’d visit that location again.

Deep dish had hardly any pizza sauce and I was missing a topping, it was over cooked the cheese was brown and the dough was chewy. I always go to pizza hut for deep dish but I wanted to try lil Caesars and it was a complete FAIL. But those stuffed crazy bread sticks were good.

I order this pizza for my family and I picked it up from terminal at store when I got home which is 10 min away got home my pizza was burnt beyond recognition and when I got home it was cold !!!!! Theirs no way my pizza should of been cold . When I called store man that answer phone was nice but the store manager dint care about issue he just kept saying the machines are fine theirs no problems it’s not their issue. He said come back to store and I will show you that machines are working fine . I don’t have time or gas money to go back and forth. What happen to good old fashion customer service
