What’s the point of getting a chocolate covered donut if the donut is upside in the bag and all the chocolate sticks to it. Every single time. I’m pretty sure you can place the donut in the bag chocolate side up, the way you pick it up.

I waited over a half an hour for 2 cold drinks. Watched several people come and go with more complex orders. All staff moved as if in slow-mo on a Sunday am. I asked at the counter where my drinks were but they just looked confused. They asked what my order was and I gave it to them again. Waited another 15 minutes.

This has to be the most poorly run Dunks in Massachusetts. They are chronically understaffed compared to other locations, so even a trip through the drive thru for a coffee routinely takes 20 minutes or more, sometimes in the middle of the day. I try to avoid this location as it’s usually faster to drive to another location than wait here.

9 times out of 10 they get the order mixed up. Was at the drive through and the lady said it was the way I asked for it which is wasn’t and then proceeded to say she doesn’t want to see me here again. Really? Get new employees if you expect to see this dunk stay in business for to much longer.

I’d love to know why Google says they close at 7pm but at 6:15pm the doors were closed? Go around to drive thru and I’m told they close at 6PM. Honestly every time I come here I’m waiting an obscene amount of time for a singular iced coffee, no one asks me if I’ve been helped or tells me “hang on one second I’ll be right with you”. Order ahead on the app? Nope, still takes just as long if not longer and again, no one communicates with you. You just stand there silently waiting until someone addresses you.

Hi, this is the absolute worst Dunkin to go to. The doors are locked at all times of the day even with a large amount of staff inside. I walked into the Dunkin and a woman appearing to be management, was standing at the counter and told me someone else would help me as she was busy (very rudely). I stood and waiting for awhile and eventually I received some help. Today, the same woman with multiple skull tattoos was decorating the facility. One person on drive through and 2 other workers on the sandwich station, the same woman with the tattoos told me that someone else could help me and started yelling for a worker while she was just leisurely doing decorations. It took a couple minutes as well for this. But she is very rude about anything she says and always makes someone else do her job. Don’t come here, wait time takes forever too.

Ordered and paid through the Dunkin app. The staff at the restaurant wouldn’t even speak with me or look at me. Repeatedly asked for them to at least look at the receipt i had for the order. . Told me to call Dunkin for a refund. Too bad no stars isn’t an option.
