I’ve always loved P.F. Chang’s! I’d always go to the one in Salt Lake Downtown, never knew who you’d might see! The new one in Murray is beautiful and well staffed. We made a reservation for 7:15 pm, only had to wait a couple minutes to be seated. The host were happy to see us and sat us with a smile. Melodie was our server, she was wonderful and funny. Once we got our order, which was hot and delicious and correct, she checked on us regularly. It’s great when you connect well with your server and things just click. Would definitely return and ask for Melodie, she was wonderful!!

If you would like to go to a Chinese restaurant chain, then this is the place for you. The food was OK, and probably won’t go back. Our waitress was awesome and took really good care of us, but didn’t outweigh the fact that the food wasn’t any better than Panda Express at twice the price. I was warned before I went, and should have listened. And you can make your own lettuce wraps at home for half the price.

We were so happy to find out P F Chang open doors this Wednesday, tonight we went dor dinner. Restaurant environment is full energy, servers and personal is always smiling and taking care of their tables. We had Coconut Mojito and Sangria as drinks, the Mojito was delicious. As appetizer we had Lettuce Wrap, we also had Wonton Soup, our entrees were Crispy Honey Chicken, we upgrade it with LoMain and Beef Fried Rice. Every plate was a great experience, great flavors, presentation of the table, silverware and plates really nice. Our server was Theresa, she was super energetic, kind and fun. We did have a great experience.

Coincidentally happened to be at fashion place on opening night. My fiance and I started with tempura calamari and it was absolutely delicious. The squid was cooked perfectly and the crispy coating was so satisfying. We shared a mixed meat Lo Mein and some Crispy Honey Chicken. Hit the spot. We finished with the Great Wall of Chocolate and it was much larger than we expected. Super rich cake served with Raspberry Coulis and fresh fruit. All in all great food and atmosphere.

The only reason why I’m giving this location a 3 star is a for a few reasons. Number one my cousin got food poisoning, number two our waitress told us she was forgetting things because she was on Benadryl, number three my cousin watched a server get out of a stall and not wash her hands, and number four you don’t get a lot of rice with your food. The dessert patio area and the Edamame was the best part.
