Amazing! The brisket was falling apart tender and juicy! The babyback ribs hickory smoked to perfection. The chicken had that delicious hickory smoke flavor…….. And the sides, they didn’t forget about the sides! Rice and beans, oh and the potato salad. Everything full of flavor. You can tell, Smoke Master AJ loves what he does!
