The pizza is good but it shouldn’t take 2-3 hours to get an uncooked pizza. They refuse to answer their phone which they openly acknowledge. If you order online and pay for it, and then they lose your order they refuse to give you your order if you don’t pay for it again. They are horribly under staffed and the kids working there are doing the best they can. Something needs to change.

Sign says “Open until 8 pm”, “Open” sign lit, but store is closed by 6:50pm, and they don’t answer their phone when calling to place an order, or to see if they ran out of dough. Please at least post updated hours and turn your sign off. This use to be my favorite place to purchase pizza in Cheyenne. I understand staffing shortages and supply issues however every day is a guessing game with this location.
