On this particular visit, my GrandKids wanted to include Cinnamon Rolls as they sometimes do. Unsure what happened as unfortunately I was overcharged when trying to utilize the $1.00 Cinnamon Roll Coupon #3381. Sadly, the Manager did not understand the coupon we frequently use. Clearly it states I can get 2 Cinnamon Rolls for $1.00 each with ONE coupon. The Manager continued to insist the coupon was $1.00 off of 2 Cinnamon Rolls for $4.00. I was charged $5.00 for 3 Cinnamon Rolls. Ordered and Received 2 Cinnamon Rolls, she said the error was $1.07 difference back to me. After watching her struggle in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes, I was over it. Did not want to cause a scene with my GrandKids. While, I know reliable help is difficult to find these days, especially in the fast food service industry, Simple Math should not be this difficult. I chalked it up as a lost. Opposed to paying the regular price of $2.69 plus tax per Cinnamon Roll, I ended up paying $5.00 plus tax for 2 Cinnamon Rolls. What simply should have happened was the 2 for $4.00 should have been deleted all together from the transaction and the $1.00 Cinnamon Roll Quantity with Coupon Code – 3381 should have been TWO. No where on this receipt is this a $1.00 off, or a $1.00 deduction as this particular Manager insisted upon. Opposed to apologizing, she had an arrogance persistence that she was right…

Best experience this morning at Hardee’s. There were 2 vehicles in front of me and i had my food and was on the way home in about 5 minutes. The biscuits were so soft and delicious. I got the 2 for $5 steak biscuit and sausage gravy biscuit and they were the best biscuits I have gotten here. Great job. I only have a picture of the gravy biscuit because I ate the steak biscuit on the way home.

Love the food. Customer service is not bad needs a little fixing other than that. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have tenders they’re very popular with their tenders but for some reason it was early and they really didn’t give an explanation why they didn’t have them. Not sure. But I do highly recommend very good food.

Service is horrible. I was the only customer in the dining room and it still took five minutes for the staff to even acknowledge I was there. It then took another ten minutes to get my order. The order was for two people and took that long. Imagine how long it would take for a large family. Even on days their is better customer service the orders still take ten to fifteen minutes

Great burgers, one of best chains of burgers in USA if not the number one of the best commercial chain burger places. Takes tiny bit more time but always worth of waiting. This place has drive through service as well. Disabled people friendly, too. If you are for a bite in Clinton and want burger, this is a place to go.

I paid over $8 for a Number 1 with no cheese, tomato or ketchup. I was told they don’t come with ketchup. I ended up with a cold, soggy, smashed burger that doesn’t look edible.

Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese without the biscuit at the drive-thru. Received the muffin in a cardboard box. Received the sausage in a cardboard box. Received the egg in a cardboard box. Received the slice of cheese in a cardboard box and the cheese was stuck to the cardboard! The young people waiting on me looked and sounded like they were asleep. What happened to using your brain?
