We decided to meet here for a big family dinner…party of 10 on a holiday weekend…and we’re glad they were able to accommodate us. They were short staffed, with only one server handling all tables, but he was definitely hustling and trying his best. It took a while to get our order in, but once we did, the food and drinks came out fairly quickly. Most importantly, the food was delicious! We came here for “authentic Italian food” as described on the website, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The complimentary bread is delicious, and the side salads were also very good with the homemade Italian dressing. I ordered the Mediterranean (vegetarian) pasta for my main dish, and it was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend it…just remember they don’t serve alcohol (but you can bring your own).

Not someone to review places often – but they had really awesome food and totally deserve more recognition. Got the chicken caprese which was really tasty and fresh basil was a good touch. The fried dough was a must have appetizer and bread served was really good as well. As a Jersey boy I’ve had some good Italian but for South Carolina this definitely exceeded expectations and is Jersey level.

Visiting from NJ and kept an open mind. I don’t normally leave reviews, however felt inclined to do so…I also hate to put down a small business, but I wish I had read reviews before we went. This was quite literally the worst meal I’ve ever eaten out. My “chicken” Parm. Was essentially a formed frozen chicken patty (think 3rd grade public school lunch). Burger King chicken patty actually tasted better. Canned red sauce slopped on, spaghetti on the side (what’s that?). My daughter had Penne vodka. It wasn’t either of those. Watery sauce. Unappetizing… GF had lobster ravioli, tasted and smelled fishy. Also frozen not fresh ravioli, same flavorless red sauce slopped on. The waitress was very kind and the only one working. There is no way in hell the 5 star reviews are real people eating here. Word of warning. Save your money. We went to Bojangles after just to eat something after severe disappointment. Sorry to leave a bad review, but up your game and serve decent food or close up shop. You’re robbing people.

Amazing food! Been here a couple times and have never been disappointed, every time I try something new and never let down. The owner seats, serves and cooks the food himself the times I’ve been there it feels like a very personal experience I’ve never had a issue of having to wait for my food I feel that everything comes out in a timely manner, and even if it did he’s a great host and cook. For the meal you are served fresh hot bread, fresh side salad with oil and herbs, then your entree. 10/10 would recommend!

The food was the worst Italian food I ever ate. The sauce was red water. The angel hair pasta was over cooked. The eggplant rolatini was undercooked eggplant camouflaged with too much cheese. Should have taken the advice of a reviewer from previous weeks and steered clear of this place. To Mary who works her butt off running around: they would be lost without you.

Our party went here last night. Let me just say, this was incredible. The best authentic Italian meal with fresh ingredients and incredible flavor. Please don’t miss this place. Qwaint place with owner and wait staff providing a fantastic meal! Great find and a definite return. Would suggest reservation for large group or during busy dinner hours. Amazing!!!!
