I usually have an ok experience, and my wife was treated like joe bidens 7th grandchild. The bar service was comparable to a 1990’s SNL skit on spoiled teenaged cheerleaders. Unless you look like you fell out of a Calvin Klein magazine or spend half your check there I wouldnt ALWAYS expect good service. Depending on who is working.

I had a mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings and it was very good. The staff seemed really friendly and nice when they were helping us. Really the only lacking thing was that the staff didn’t come to our table quite enough. They never came to ask how our food was or to see if we needed refills. They never came to ask if we were done, so a few minutes after we finished, I finally got up to ask the bartender for a box and the check. When she brought them, she still didn’t ask how it was but I volunteered that it was very good and she thanked me. They didn’t come take the card–my husband went up to pay. It was a bit of an unusual experience to have a very friendly yet relatively inattentive staff. Also it wasn’t super busy. During the main times of inattentiveness, the woman who’d taken our order was folding flannel shirts for their merch. It did not seem like a pressing matter compared to customers who were in need of service. Thankfully I’m not too picky about such things. Overall I enjoyed the vibe and would definitely return.

We went in on a Wednesday for a family dinner. The dinner didn’t happen. Took them more then 20 minutes to get our drink order. That was fine. Took another 10 minutes to order our food which was still ok. Then apparently the system didn’t send the order through. After a full hour of waiting with no drink refills to speak of, my wife asked the waitress if our food was almost ready. This is when they told us that our food order was lost by the system. She apologized and told us she would comp the meal which again would have been fine. After 5 minutes she came back and said the owner would only take off 20 percent for our now almost 2 hour inconvenience. At this point it stopped being fine. We left and will not be returning. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I may actively discourage people from going here in the future.if I could give zero stars as an option I would.
