I went to this location at about 6:30 am one morning for an egg/cheese biscuit and a large Pepsi. I drove all the way home and unwrapped my biscuit to find a long strand of hair on my food. I left a review on the website and gave a review but as of today no one has reached out to me. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s much improved recently. Morning/breakfast time has much better, faster service. Night time is a younger employee base. Not so friendly or happy service & they usually mess up the order. They will correct it, but definitely need check for accuracy everytime!

Wait wasn’t terrible, but we made the mistake of not thoroughly checking the items before we pulled away. We ordered a 12 piece tenders meal that’s supposed to come with 4 biscuits, 2 fixings, and 1/2 gallon of ice tea. Some of the tenders were tough and cooked a little too long. We only got 1 biscuit, we didn’t get a lot of fries and some of what we did get was undercooked and under seasoned, and the ice tea was unpleasantly warm when they handed it to us. It was disappointing.

I had to come back and completely change my review for a number of valid and warranted reason. I used to come here once a month like clock work because I knew the food would be above average (for fast food) anyway. It would never fail me. I always ordered the same thing and it was always made with care and fresh. The past 4 times 8 have came (keep in mind, one Wednesday a month) it has completely gone down hill. Not only has the customer service gone downhill but the food as well. Today I asked that my biscuit please be made fresh so I expected to sit in the drive thru for a minute, that’s expected BUT to sit at the window for literally 10 minutes to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuits that could be bounced off the wall is another story. All they did to attempt to make me think it was fresh was made a fresh egg then cut it in half and put it on my friends sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The sausage was old and dry, the biscuit was hard. The reason i asked for it to be made fresh was because the last 3 times I have came, it has been disappointing a lot like today. I don’t know what happened to this place but oh how I wish it would go back to being what I love. I didn’t eat my sausage egg and cheese biscuit but I did eat my boberry biscuit that still was not made like I had asked it to be made. BoJangles please bring back the old crew that used to work here. I’ll give this location one more try next month and if there is no improvement, I won’t be returning again.

The drive through was pretty smooth, but there was some confusion with my order. My biggest issue is that I was not given straws so I took my top off to drink my drink. As I was drinking I saw two dead gnats on the inside of the cup. So gross
