The atmosphere is amazing and the food looks delicious. The owner of the place, Sarah, has been here for over 30 years and built a reputation with the community. It is one of the best places to get food in this little town. The restaurant keeps up high standards. The pictures do not do the food justice, I will definitely be coming back here. Everything is freshly made and delicious. Even the hot and sour soup is amazing, a lot of places add red dye for some reason. Here, u only get natural ingredients.

You can tell walking in that they are short staffed. After a wait, we were shown to a table and menus were hastily left. A few minutes later an obviously new employee, (our server?) shadowed by a nice lady (the owner?) took our drink order, but they both disappeared for the rest of our visit. Someone else brought the food and a third person picked up our finished plates. That being said, the food coming out of the kitchen was phenomenal! The lemon chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce was well done—not too tart, not to sweet. The Pad Thai was traditional and perfect. Unfortunately, after the meal and after they had cleared the table of our plates we had to walk to the counter and ask to pay… we took our fortune cookies “to go”. Hope they can soon fix the front of the house staffing and service issue, but with the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen, we will be back (for “take out” orders)!

A “Neighborhood tourist”
Great food! Wish the sesame chicken was on the lunch special since it seemed like the same sized portion. Broccoli was fresh and everything was very good! Styrofoam isn’t my favorite for dine in, but very convenient for take out! Will be back again to try something new!

We waited over an hour for our food and then I ordered shrimp almond and got shrimp cashew. Husband ordered cashew chicken and they made shrimp. He had to wait then for them to make his chicken. It was waitresses fault as Bill read 2 cashew shrimp. Not such a good birthday celebration. 3 tables that were seated after us got their food first.

Amazing place! I have been here a couple of times and the food is always amazing, the staff are incredibly kind, and the boba is delicious. During my recent visit, there was only one worker taking care of the entire restaurant due to a shortage. She was cooking, taking orders, sending out food, and making drinks. She was a total badass. So, I commend her and the restaurant!

I love Hunan Lion. They have such delicious food, good service, and a clean, friendly environment. I’m gluten free and I really wanted some crab rangoon and they were able to use some sort of rice wrapper instead of the usual wonton wrappers.

Walked in behind another gentleman and both he and I waited for over 10 min at the front counter. 2 waitresses passed us on multiple occasions and never acknowledged us being there so I decided to leave. I’m sure the food is good but I won’t be going here ever again.

My family and I were so impressed by the delicious food, friendly, attentive staff and overall cleanliness and atmosphere of this restaurant. As a group of 8, including children, with one kiddo in a high chair, we felt like we had plenty of space to move around without being cramped together with other tables. The kids loved the bubble tea drinks, and the family style dishes and amazing appetizers were loved by kids and adults alike. We called ahead to make sure they had a gluten free option for my young grandson who needed that option and they did have a pad Thai dish which he enjoyed so much that he didn’t want to stop eating it! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our dinner experience and look forward to another visit soon!
