When searching google this morning for brunch joints in park city, Crafted looked promising. When we arrived we were slightly confused as their banner sign was hidden behind a lot of outdoor furniture. We could tell it was dining furniture but without the sign being visible it was hard to tell if we were in the right place, as this restaurant is located on the ground floor of a hotel. We walked through the very narrow entrance with lots of outdoor pots, and arbor and a bench made from cinder blocks, still unsure if we had found the right location.

My husband and I are both gluten free, and we were vacationing in Park Cities, looking for some local and delicious gluten free food. This place was a wonderful treat, so many gf options! He ordered the gf Belgian waffle with cherries on top, it was so good!!! Reminded me of cherry cobbler. I had a gf biscuit with a poached egg, bacon, avocado and tomato, also very delicious!! My husband also enjoyed an order of deviled eggs. The restaurant was cozy inside with a fireplace, they left the door open on to the charming patio. We ended up staying and chatting with the chef and the owner and enjoyed getting to know them. They invited us to dine at their sister location, 501, the next day. And that did not disappoint either! Great lunch and continued our conversation with the owner, who is a delight! Thank y’all, we hope to be back!

My husband and our family have been here a couple of times now and really love it! Everything we have tried has been really good. Our favorites are the Lox of Love and the Anaya’s Breakfast Sandwich (with egg). The breakfast potatoes are also some of the best I’ve had – not too crispy yet not too soft/soggy. They are soft inside and perfectly crisped on the outside. The Banana Pancakes are also to die for! Seriously amazing (photo is of the lox of love)

Had such a great experience here! I’m visiting from Chicago and was so glad I found this cute little spot. The food was plated so well and the flavor was unreal! I’ve never had better breakfast potatoes – Incredible seasoning and crisped to perfection! Ordered the deviled eggs flight as well as the savory biscuit board to start. Delish! Highly recommend stopping by and sitting on the cute little patio.

Great new spot in PC! They focus on brunch but there’s a good variety of savory and sweet, so great for any time of day. Drinks were great and the decor is fresh. Looking forward to going back to try everything!!

My wife and I had the best brunch here! She had the Lox of Love and I had the Brunchwich. Both were amazing. The patio was a great place to sit and the service was perfect. I went back the next day for the doughnut holes and they were delicious.

Made a reservation on Open Table, checked Google for their hours (only open Friday, Saturday, Sunday) because I saw reviews of them not being open when other people had showed up with reservations . Confirmed that there were indeed open Saturday at 11am, restaurant confirmed my reservation.

We had a great meal at Crafted! Everything we had was beautiful and delicious. I wouldn’t have known that it was gluten-free, necessarily. The only drawback was the time we waited for our server. I think we caught them at an odd time when the staffing was overwhelmed for a little bit.

Great family brunch spot! The food was really tasty and fresh. I particularly loved the Tipsy Halibut Ceviche and McConkey Bread. The atmosphere is great with a beautiful patio that looks up at the ski resort and a nice fireplace inside. Parking and access to the restaurant was really easy and free too!

Expensive resort pricing. $6 for coffee. $9 to $11 for mediocre single egg Benedict a la carte (half a normal serving size). Crab cake Benedict was fishy and old tasting on a weird mealy piece of bread. Bacon and avocado Benedict lacked flavor and served on the same mealy bread. Needed more bacon and seasoning. Kitchen very slow. Lumpy padding on bench seats outside. Won’t be going back.
