Ordered on app for lobby pickup, Lobby not open at 6:30 when app says they open at 5am, so I had to wait behind cars in drive thru. Two items were ready but received a half full cup. Yes, there’s foam but even the foam wasn’t near the 3/4 mark….pulling the foam back, the cup was barely half full. Ultimately, I don’t believe they would have served this in the lobby, so why serve it in the drive thru?

When drive thru has a BABY and a girl who literally ignored us not saying hello, thank you or offer eye to eye contact as she only spoke to her people with her with head turned while giving us our change and the bag, closes window continuously ignoring us! Also while unable to take an order for the 2nd time this week for a breakfast item available unlike a week ago, but now frozen and “STILL unavailable”. With no frozen coffee either. BUT it’s when the baby crib next to her we see an infant the age of maybe 10 months crying, as all the women walk around him with hot coffee & hot breakfasts as they yell amongst each other like it’s a rec center caused concern. I will never get over seeing this precious child looking up at any lady there walking around as he cries to them. For years we wonder why even go to this local Dunkin with bad food, inaccuracy on orders, unavailable popular items and rude staff who literally make it clear how the miserably disgusted they are with people. Dunkin should be ashamed and their manager fired, a new staff hired, properly trained with NO babies in cribs allowed and inventory accurately handled. Now we seek to know the laws for protecting babies. We wonder if they’re allowed in kitchens, in cribs, around hot food/coffee, at the drive thru windows, where every customer sees and hears the cries. Seems illegal. I’m pissed about that baby there ONLY which caused this review as we’re use to being treated like garbage by this establishment.

This was one of the most unsanitary and disgusting locations I’ve ever seen. I should have walked out the door without ordering, but I exhibited poor judgment and got a donut for my father and myself. And within an hour after eating them, we were both sick and barfing with presumably food poisoning. Won’t go back.

Last few times ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, was cold and the cheese not melted all the way, you could see what looked liked a kraft cheese square mostly unmelted. won’t go to this one again.

Not impressed with this location. Our food was not prepared to our order and cold…twice, coffee had coffee grains at the bottom. And an employee was working with her infant son or daughter attached to her side. I would post a photo but it wasn’t worth taking one.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Now late for work. It’s like this EVERYTIME I come here. I hate this Dunkin’ but it’s closest to my job and I come here hoping no one is in the drive thru. The SLOWEST Dunkin’ Donuts EVER! One day I had been waiting forever while 2 employees were taking out the trash playing by the dumpster.

Girl at counter saw me walk in and turned her back to continue her face time we ith her boy friend.the othe girl finally came over and took my order two medium ice coffee’s one with cream and sugar the other wit cream and 2 sweet and lows.took 15 minutes for her to make as I watched I asked her why she was using decaf she said out of reg ice coffee and threw it in trash.the other girl finished order while the first girl went back to her phone.
