We went through the drive-through, but after we got our food, we thought we forgot my card there, so we called and called they never picked up. We ended up just driving back there but after we picked up my card 10 minutes later, I looked on my online bank account and there was a double purchase. We did not purchase anything other than what we got the first time. We are thinking they charged my card for personal use, and we think it wasn’t the first time they did this. No hate to the Tim Hortons company. I’ve always went there. They’re one of my favorite breakfast places and I will still go back (just not to that one) the food was still amazing but it is not OK for staff to charge my card for themselves.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered small black coffee, hash brown and an order of bacon and cheese egg bites. They said it was a 5 minute wait for the hash brown. They seemed perturbed that I wanted to wait. After waiting more like 12 minutes, they gave me coffee with cream and what looking like day old spinach and egg white bites. The person that took my order, who I was told was the “acting manager”, basically ignored me and sent someone else up to do the refund. When I got the refund everything was written correctly on the receipt so I’m not sure why the mix up. It was a great reminder as to why I typically avoid them.

Got what we ordered. Kinda. I ordered my breakfast sandwich with no cheese, but the cheese had been put on the sandwich and baked. When they noticed, they scraped it off. There was still a lot of cheese left on the sandwich.

Drove 12 hours through the night and stopped here looking forward to the same service and food quality as in Minneapolis…total disappointment. Cold breakfast sandwiches. Went back up to get a donut and was ignored for 2 minutes before being asked “haven’t you already been helped?”

Ordered through the drive thru. Charged my card. Asked me to wait at the side of the building because they were making my donuts fresh. Waited 25 minutes without getting food and had to leave. Called the store to cancel my order and refund my money. They could not do that without my card and then just hung up on me. If they ask you to pull to the side just say no or ask for your money back right away.

Stopped by on impulse to try their coffee and donuts. Prices are really affordable, especially compared to the overpriced trendy competition. Really enjoyed my cup of coffee – fresh, hot, good flavor. I have 4 stars for two reasons: 1) the chocolate-iced donut with cream filling was so intensely sweet I couldn’t finish it, and 2) the chain is generally open mostly in the daytime, so shift workers wanting to stop in on the way home from work are out of luck.
