Every single time I come to this panda, there is an issue. Whether is be food or service. It’s just the closest one to my apartment. I’ve had orange chicken that tasted burnt, chow mein noodles not being cooked enough, and employees only giving one soy sauce packet for an order of three to-go boxes or sitting at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before a worker even notices.

Did you know that if they mess up your order (according to their manager) that they will only replace what they made the mistake on? Meaning I just got an entire plate full of broccoli juice and a ridiculous amount of broccoli (was supposed to be Beijing Beef) and there is nothing they can do for me but give me the Beijing beef. My entire plate smells like feet. Very nice Panda.

They shorted us on our order but charged us for it. Didn’t add teriyaki sauce with our teriyaki chicken. But gave us extra fortune cookies. Check your order before leaving.

Thorougly disappointed with this location. I like going here bc I can get gas/etc at Maverik across the way, but I have had so many problems with them that I will be going elsewhere for everything I need. Theyve skimped on food through drive-thru, so I go inside for it. Put in online orders and they say theyve given it to someone else already without confirming the order, or they simply “havent received the order” even when the money has been taken from my account and its been confirmed the correct location. I wouldnt recommend coming here, I will drive the extra time to a different panda from now on.
