The hotess greeted us as we entered. The staff members greeted us as we passed walking to our table. The menu is pretty big with a variety of food & drinks on the adult & kids menu. I love that the chips & salsa came out hot. The shrimp quesadillas are good. The ground beef chimichamga has potatoes & cheese inside a fried tortilla with lettuce, queso & feta cheese on top. I was not expecting the potatoes, but I ate its all. One order was not correct & was sent back, but once brought back, everything else on the plate was cold because they did not replace everything on the plate. On the way out the server & staff apologized. Overall, it is worth the try, but not a favorite.

4/22/23 – Great menu selection. Everyone in our party of 7 was able to find something on the menu that he/she liked. Tableside guacamole! Very attentive wait staff.

We had my son’s graduation party there today and everything about it was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was clean and the party room was perfect. The party room was spacious and they allowed us to come early to decorate. I highly recommend Los Gallitos in Richmond! Thanks for making our day special!

Had a fantastic meal with great service by Elbert. Manager Victor came over to greet the table and inquired about our experience. Great tasting food and even had refill of soft drinks without having to request. Loved it

The restaurant is beautiful. They spent a lot of money remodeling and furnishing. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food is HORRIBLE. my gosh it was absolutely terrible. the place was completely empty last night and for good reason. The food was tasteless and terrible. We voiced concerns to our server about how bad the food was and he said he we made a bad decision coming there and he prefers the food at other Mexican restaurants. He gave us other recommendations on where to get better food. That says a lot.

As mexican ( Tex-Mex) goes it is right in-line with all of them…. good chips and salsa, apatizers are same ole same ole. They do have some amazing fajita combo’s for 2 that seperate it from all the rest of the places that you should try.
