Great place to visit for true authentic Cuban food!! The watermelon drink was not too sweet and very little pulp very yum! Pizza looked amazing as well and I believe it was as tasty. My tour guide ordered a very delicious meal and it was filling. I want to go back!!

The customer service is horrible. My mother and I went in and ordered some garlic bread, pizza, 2 Virginia creams. Politely asked the waitress can you do me the favor of bringing the garlic breads with the two creams. Keep in mind that it was only us and another couple in the restaurant. She took 30 mins to bring us the creams. We tried to eat it but it was cold. When we finished the creams she got the garlic breads and threw them on the table. We told her we didn’t need the garlic bread anymore that around 25-30 mins have passed already. The waitress got upset and yelled at us then I’ll just bring you guys the check. She kept saying things to my mother and I. She offended us verbally. I hope the manager of this restaurant can get better customer service.

Was at my hairdressers and we called to order, Sunday Aug 4 at 12noon. I believed Jenny helped us we asked for specials she helped us when we informed her that we would call back, she said ” oh my God” and hung up. We were placing an order for several people and we wanted to get it right before we took up more time from her. We were placed in hold, we could tell she was busy. That commented was not needed. My hairdresser called her back about thr comment and she gave excuses never apologizing for her attitude or comment. We ordered from somewhere else. My hairdresser will not order from there again or recommend it to any of her clients. Rudeness gets you nowhere. So over the phone they suck. That’s my experience.

If you want to try a Cuban pizza, like the ones they used to make in Cuba and that now are hard to find, I recommend you go to this place. This is Cuban pizza, outside of Cuba. The prices are also really low, you can have lunch with 10 dollars, and a good one! I also love the shakes and natural juices they sell. And also a cheese cream that is amazing. Love this place if I am close to Hialeah, I cant avoid to stop by, hahaha

I swear if I could this place a negative million stars I would. It is the biggest piece of s— ever. Terrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery today. I was told it would take 35 minutes. Delivery arrived one hour and 25 minutes later. Pizzas were cold and shake was hot. Mind you, I live 3 blocks from the restaurant. After several phone calls and speaking to the rudest female attendant ever, she just said it was up to me to turn back the delivery for a refund because the driver had six deliveries and got lost. Are you kidding? Not apologetic at all. Extremely rude and hostile. LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Stay away people!!!!!!!

When you wish to eat cheese, Cuban Pizza, spaghetti with mozzarella cheese smothered on top and baked in the oven, the best place to visit is Kongos pizza, in Hialeah Fl. Let me tell you something-my beautiful son love this place. The food was ok. The Cuban Sandwich was ok. The roasted pork and beans are wonderful, the Frita cubana, We stopped in for early lunch. We were greeted right away and taken directly to a table. They have a very good beer selection, also the wine selection was good for a pizza joint. We ordered a pizza with several toppings, including two on half. The pizza was served in a timely manner and was prepared correctly. I did not remember If they have frita cubana, I think yes, but not sure, You can eat for less of 10 dollars, e nice cuban foods in a quite restaurant, with wonderful services, I visited him some years ago and the services was good, but today I can say the services is better. I love this place for years it was the preffered pizza restaurant in my family.

This place is not even worth walking past first off it’s called Kongos Pizza and the pizza was raw the server was very friendly she was attentive but not worth even trying if they give it away then the cook comes out apologizes at first but when I tell him its raw he says raw to you I went to NY culinary institute it is not a steak it should not be cooked rare and he said I went to cordon bleu school and this is a cuban restaurant first then sir you should not be called Kongos “Pizza” I would truly hate to try the Cuban food since they claim to have the best pizza in Hialeah WHAT A JOKE!!!! And only put one star because otherwise you can’t send review they owe me 10 stars back
