I am very satisfied every time I eat here and will usually dine here every time we hit the mall. The Ahi Tuna appetizer is great. Some times the steak is a bit overdone, so I tend to order a medium rare to get medium.

Wow! I love this place. The service was excellent and the food was even better. I hadn’t been to a Houlihans in a really long time, but after this visit. They’re at the top of my list of places to dine. The only problem for me is that I live in Euclid, and the restaurant is in Strongsville. Although I recently stopped eating red meat, the burger I ordered is one of the best I’ve ever had in my life.

We had an amazing dinner. We took our 3 and 5 year old out to eat . The bartender was amazing {I believe his name was Dustin} He recommended a Mandarin Martini and it was so good I asked for the recipe! He hand wrote it down for me. Our food was delicious and even our little girls loved our dinner out.This is definitely a new and improved Houlihans…. Not what I remember from when I was a child. I highly recommend, we will be back!

We went for lunch today and the service was one of the best I have ever experienced! It started with the server Chris pointing out all the lunch specials and describing in detail the dishes he had tried. We started with chicken tortilla soup, which was very flavorful, just the right amount of spice and the tortilla strips were still crispy. I had an item from their test kitchen menu, short rib lasagna. It was very good and was plated with a delicious, refreshing salad. My wife had the grilled Atlantic salmon, and said it was one of the best salmon dishes she’s ever had, and she usually orders salmon. We finished with the St. Louis gooey cake, which was amazing. The chef came to table at least 3 times to make sure we were happy. You get the feeling they are truly interested in making sure their customers leave happy. Would highly recommend!

The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the fish and chips- the fish was WAY bigger than I was expecting, such good quality and quantity for the price. The vanilla bean cheesecake was divine. The hostesses near the entrance were so polite and pleasant. Our server Nikki with the short curly red hair went above and beyond. She was so attentive and made really good suggestions for us to try. She even explained how some of the menu items had been around for so long they were so good. I would 100% want to go back and sit her section.

Don’t do it. Worst service ever. We had a horrible customer service and food experience the first time we went. The manager gave us a free appetizer coupon to make up for our troubles. We then visited again and waited 35 minutes to be sat at a table that was open the entire times we waited. Then after 15 additional minutes of never having a waiter come to our table I went and asked the hostess for help. Once he arrived we ordered drinks and an app immediately and waited another 10 minutes for our waters just to show and never saw our drinks from the bar. We at this point got up and began to walk out. The same manager came up to us and offered us a coupon. I felt it appropriate to take the free app coupon and place it back the managers shirt pocket.

Overall, the food was medicore. The prices were average. However, the service horrible. Appetizers and the main course came out at the same time. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting for dessert. While we watched our server look at us and continue to roll silverware, sweep floors, and all around ignore us. We had to have another pleasant lady to help us get our servers attention just to get our food. Will never step place in this restaurant again.
