Drive threw was so slow! Got the wrong food. And the wrong drinks twice. When I went inside the staff was very rude. After them getting my drinks wrong twice I ended up getting them myself. People don’t go there because the food is good…. they go there because it’s okay and saposed to be quick so the working man can go on with there day. I spent 20 min trying to get food. Could of went to a good sit down restaurant and had alot better luck and way better service than what I had at McDonald’s today. This isn’t the first time. Where’s management at??????? Why isn’t these issues getting any better????? This has happened twice to me this week.

The breakfast/ morning crew is awesome. That’s all that caused this to be three stars. It would have been worse. From lunch in through night, I have quit going. The order is always terribly wrong. The fries are cold and soggy usually and put together wrong. I coach sports and always take the kids for an ice cream if they win. I took my 12 kids in and had them stand in a straight line quietly snd respectfully to order. The waitress got mad and was smart about me bringing that many kids in for an ice cream and threw a fit about it. I told them forget it and took them to Dairy Queen where we were and have always since been welcomed with open and happy arms.
