I’m usually not one to leave reviews but this place really made me mad. I went there twice today, the first time was for me, the second time was for my kids. The first time I went, I heard a customer (kindly) explaining to an employee what was wrong with her order, she wasn’t being rude at all, and as soon as she walked out of the building the employees started talking bad about her loudly enough for me and the other customers to hear. Then, when I went back again that evening to get my kids food the employees were having a little group hang out in the front of the building with their friends and the employees inside were yet again talking bad about people and goofing off. Cursing and everything. And again, I had my children with me. To top it off my sandwich I ordered was burnt to a crisp which I didn’t realize until I got home and opened it. This place is horrible. For being one of the only fast food places around you would think y’all would do better. So unprofessional. Get it together mcdonalds and hire better people to run your montezuma establishment.

Prices at this location are nearly TRIPLE compared to any other McDonald’s! 20 peice mcnuggets everywhere is $5 they charged $12.99. Soft drinks are $1, they charged me $3. THEN They donated money without asking, and after I demanded my money back from the donation they stole the manager left the window open and talked trash about me to a staff members. I’ll be contacting corporate about this matter. The staff and management is disgusting and unprofessional.
