We waited about 6 minutes to be seated; there were only two other tables with patrons and now one at the bar. No employees up front for those 6 minutes that we waited. Finally got seated, and we were rushed to put in our order. It was only 5:30, so it wasn’t like they were close to closing or busy. We put in our orders (myself and a child) and when they came out the child’s order was completely wrong. They ordered chicken tenders with fries, and yogurt with strawberries. Blue raspberry lemonade and water to drink. They brought out chicken tenders and broccoli. I told the waiter the order was wrong, and they told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait on fries. We waited, and they brought out a giant dinner plate of French fries for a child. I was shocked by the size of the serving, but was at least happy they fixed the mistake. However, not once were our waters refilled. The staff was hardly on the floor, so you couldn’t even ask for something if you wanted to

Ordered Steak n shrimp..perfection. I always share my food with my kids. There was never a day where they finished kids meal. You can eat out and still budget right..no sweet drinks, alcohol or coffee:)

I had the oriental salad, it was awful. It was full of the hard noodles, carrots, some red cabbage and a few pieces of regular lettuce. The Asian dressing was very bland.

We were seated and given a menu, then forgotten. We were given our hot tea drinks for free as an apology. I had a pasta dish that was tasty, but it came out nearly cold and the pasta looked like it had been sitting for a while after its rinse. The ribs were very thin, flat, with only a thin layer of meat. The bottom-of-the-bag fries were seasoned and tasty, but stone cold. Placed a second order of ribs as soon as the first order was brought to us (all you can eat). We were done eating and waiting before the order was brought out. Again, an apology. Wasn’t even interested in eating them at that point. This time the fries were hot, but unseasoned. Pricy and definitely not worth it.

I’m giving 2 stars because the waitress was nice! I should have known this wasn’t gonna be good when there was only 2 other people in the place at noon! Hamburger RAW, prime rib sandwich was like beef jerky.

This is the worst Applebees I’ve ever been to. Not because of the food… or location.. or even the employees… it’s because of the LACK of employees… the bar is never open because they “don’t have a bartender” Friday and Saturday nights they only have 1 waitress.. and can only seat 6-7 parties.. there is always a huge wait.. no one wants to work here either because the pay is too low and the management is awful. I don’t even know why this location is still open.

Waited by the door to be seated for over 15 min and they walked past over 5 times. There were 2 works waiting on tables and only 4 tables being used. This is the 2nd time I tried to go there with very bad service so I just walked out
