I visited KFC to get lunch. It wasn’t too busy, the staff was 5-7 individuals. I was told that they could only take one order through drive thru. I had to go inside. No dark meat was done, and I had to wait during my lunch break on them to cook more food. They didn’t seem like time was a factor as everyone was moving at snail pace. I’m not complaining about the service, but I feel that they could tighten up on a few things.

Everybody was waiting for the food a long time. I tried to pick up an order. I was told it is coming right up several times. After 25 minutes of waiting I was told they did not have it and I had to substitute. You really have to pick up the slack. Again it was not only me waiting. No people in the dining room, just few in drive thru. and plenty of staff..

If I could give this place a negative feedback I would definitely do it! Unfortunately we can only leave 1 star! Everything I have ordered from this place has been wrong, old or the food was mixed chicken when we specifically asked for original mix! Several times it was dried out and had obviously been sitting for a while and had to throw it away! I ordered 4 thighs and 4 breast today in original mix and got out drive through to find 4 chicken legs and 4 breast, at least halfway got it right! Of course this was after sitting in the line for 15 minutes waiting on the lady to get back to me to take my order! I will never come back to this location and will definitely tell everyone else they should avoid this place also! Pathetic!

I just left from there and originally ordered a 16pc chicken tender, they said they only had 14 but still wanted to charge me for 16 and wouldn’t substitute the other 2 missing tenders. So I bought a 12 piece and got home all the way across town to find that there were only 10.

On Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, my wife and I visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken location in Alexander City, AL. We walked into the lobby and were told by an employee that we would have to go through the drive-thru to be served. The worker said that there were only two of them working and they could not take our order at the counter. We left and dined at another restaurant in town. This KFC store is bad, bad, bad. Not our first bad experience at this business. I’ll be happy to take my money elsewhere. I went online at KFC customer service and completed a complaint form. The next day I received a generic reply saying they appreciated my feedback and would look into the matter. And they certainly need to. Save yourself a trip to this KFC. You will be glad you did!
