I truly appreciated this place because they know how to treat their customers the right way, they know how to gain them and make them a lifelong customer. When I wasn’t happy with my first order, the manager instantly reached out and was very sweet to offer another pho on the house. She even added instructions for the noodles on how to cook them which was a first for me. Their food is really good and their service is excellent. I also love how they wrap the to go orders to ensure there is no spill on your way home. The only thing I would say is make sure to know how to heat the noodles otherwise they will break. I also got their Boba the brown sugar milk and that was phenomenal.

Really enjoyed our food here and will come back. The Bahn mi, while not the traditional baguette, still had a lot of great flavors that I like. The beef broth was tasty and they offer a wide array of sides. Their chili oil is top notch and definitely recommend. Great friendly service and great food

Dining experience was pho-nomenal! The pho was rich and delicious- to anyone who says the broth is bland – it’s not. The bone broth is fragrant and rich and Sandy the owner says that the broth is made every day, and simmers for 12 hours. She roasts the beef bones then boils them with ginger and onion and toasted spices like coriander and star anise. You can taste all the flavor in the broth. The best part about pho is that you can cater each bowl to your taste. For this purpose, sandy sends a bag of garnish upon request (limes, basil, onions and jalapeños). She also includes packets of hoisin sauce to add a rich sweet flavor and sriracha for spice. The noodles come cooked, however if you’d like to request them be sent separately to cook at home, you can request that. I also had the Okinawa tea with honey boba and it was the best boba I’ve had! She says she soaks her boba in honey and brown sugar and you can definitely taste it We also ordered a fresh spring roll which is not available on the DoorDash menu to ensure freshness. It was delicious and the peanut sauce was creamy and homemade fish sauce was yummy and tangy. Lastly, sandy said that the DoorDash menu adds an extra dollar to the price of every item on the menu and recommends ordering directly from the store via the phone number if picking up. They are trying to get an in-house delivery option to mitigate this. She also prepares bahn mi sandwiches not currently on the menu! Can’t wait to go back

Roki’s Pho & Boba is one of the BEST Pho restaurants I have eaten at! Her menu is very easy to choose from because you just cannot order wrong. If you want to be adventurous, ask for her to surprise you. Again, it doesn’t matter what you get because it is ALL absolutely superb!!! The fact that Roki’s Pho & Boba is local and within walking distance from our house is a definite bonus.

Roanoke absolutely needed a pho restaurant, but we got much more than we bargained for! This is hands down the best pho in the entire metroplex. I drive for work and stop to eat pho for lunch all the time and this pho has the best broth flavor of them all (it didn’t even need hoisin sauce!) You can tell they know what they’re doing and take the extra time and money to purchase only the highest quality ingredients, the rare steak is actually tender like filet mignon or short ribs and not tough like a cats tongue the way it tastes at other places nearby who have gone downhill. Please eat here, you won’t regret it!

I recently visited Rokis Pho & Boba and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere as a first timer, I recommend to try the fried cream cheese futons they are absolutely fantastic. Crispy routine shell perfectly complementary with cream cheese filling. It was an excellent appetizer that I would highly recommend to anyone.
