I am a beef lovin’ Texan. I found Bierocks Babe at the Arts & Farmers Market in downtown Wichita. I showed up in the last hour of the market being open. Many vendors were sold out or picked over. BB only had the vegan option. Anna talked me into trying one when she said “a blend of spices.” Oh.My.Lanta! One of the best things EVER!!!! The spice blend is addicting & the veggie based protein is seriously delicious. Perfect amount of cabbage to protein ratio. My only regret is that I didn’t buy more. I will be craving these when I’m back in Texas.

I stop by the Wichita farmer’s market specifically to eat a breakfast bierock and get some to-go. Not only are the owners and staff extremely wonderful people, but the food they produce is perfection each time.

The bierocks are always good no matter which one you pick out. The bread is soft and the fillings are always flavorful without being overpowering in the spice department, add your own condiments and you’ve got a great tasting meal

I have been trying to get my hands on one of Bierocks Babe Vegan Bierocks and it had been elusive and now I know why. I finally got one and it was out of this world. It was so delicious and flavorful and tasted so much like meat I got worried it had been put in the wrong packaging! The consistency and taste could convince any carnivore that it’s possible to even do a few meals replaced as plant based and not miss a thing. If you are looking for a meal to open minds this one be one. Wish I had a constant stock in the freezer! Thank you for your hard work and figuring out this combo!

Called to make sure they were open, and they were, but the number was in Halstead KS. So I hung up, but then wanted to order ahead and I was told I call the wrong number so I said ok I would just drive to derby and order them so I drove over there no sign drove around several times finally called them and they said that they actually are in a another company business wow finally found it then went In and they said they only bierocks they had was 2 vegetarian bierocks when tried to ask if they could make a different type no one around so finally walked out never to return. If I could have given 0 score I would have!!!
