Twice now bad service, first time they gave my order to someone else and only after I asked, after waiting 18 minutes, they said sorry but we will make it for you fast. Today I was told the sale seen in Pic was for online orders only when nowhere on sign does it say that. The manager later says it’s because our cashier couldn’t find it in system and just told me wrong. While waiting for my pizza I could hear employees complaining about other managers lack of experience. Cashier didn’t offer me anything for his mistake in fact looked at me like I was crazy

Extremely disappointed! Ordered tonight through the portal online, as a guest. Was sent an email my order would be ready 810-815. Arrive at 816, ask for order, give my 3 digit #, then was asked my name, gave it. Kid who helped me looks at printed order tickets on a table, (there were 3 at that moment), and proceeded to hand me two pizzas from the hot and ready section. By him looking at ticket on table leads me to believe that “My Portal” order was not ready, and they chose to hand me, what I didn’t pay for. It’s just unfortunate that customer service isn’t what it used to be. Won’t be back.

Forgot about my order. Told me 4 min had been 18 I had to get down n only then did they find my order I’m 100 positive if I never got down I never would have received it. They apologized n nothing more for forgetting about me.

Dry, hard, burnt, cold pizzas have become the norm at this location. My family and I were so happy when this location owned since it is closer to our home. However, customer service has begun to drastically decline of the last 6 months. This last order from this locstion was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I live 5 minutes from this location and always receive pizzas that have no sauce and are hard, dry, burnt, and cold. My last pizza order was this way as of the employees had left it on the counter because they were going to take it home or throw it away. When I called about this in the evening, I was hung up on. I will not frequent this location anymore and will instead go back to the location on Edgemere.

I called in my order of a meat lover’s pizza since they only have pepperoni pizza ready to go. When I get home and open my meat lover’s pizza I notice lol the meats just thrown in the middle of an old ready to go pepperoni pizza. The ingredients were not even melted into the cheese. I called them and “Janice”? I think that was the person who answered and says that is they way the pizzas are made from the ready made pepperoni pizzas. I have ordered specialty pizzas from this location and I have never had a pizza made in this way. I drove back and wasted my time to get a refund. When I get there the manager apologized and said that was wrong for them to give me a pizza in that way. She wanted to remake me another one but I said no. I walked over to the Domino’s next door. No longer will I order from this location.

It’s genuinely funny that I have to order twice every time I come here. Once at the mic and then again at the window. I swear I already know when I come here to be ready to order twice. Just get rid of the mic. It’s obviously useless. And then you order twice to get a dry and burnt pizza. You guys are phenomenal! Keep up the bad work!
