My favorite Mexican restaurant in the Quad Cities, and we have A LOT of great ones. The veggie burrito is by far the best you can get anywhere. Loaded with all my favorite Mexican ingredients. Always consistently good. Staff is always kind and service is quick. Take-out or dine-in doesn’t matter. Been a staple in the rotation for 13 years!

Very nice and friendly staff and the service was excellent. The food was good but not so good I’d recommend it. However, I would go back to try something different because maybe my taste buds were off or the chef was just off his game that night. I had a margarita that was served in a goblet, so that was nice! Also they have an extensive menu so I think it’s worth trying then again. They are cash only too, so no debit or credit cards.

My family is absolutely obsessed with Mexican food so we tend to be highly critical of the cuisine. The only critique is it echoes a lot, so be ready if there are any loud patrons but the waitress was a rockstar & made sure we were well taken care of. They start you with some amazing pico & we liked that so much we ordered some queso, which my kids devoured before I could get a second chip. Then the food came & we were hooked with it all cooked to perfection. It’s like everyone’s favorite Abuela was cooking in the kitchen. Definitely going back again.

Excellent traditional Mexican food… pleasantly surprised and friendliest staff ever!! Free salsa and chips are a delicious part of the meal – it is hot though! Also, be sure to bring cash!!! It is cash only (even though there are no signs at the doorway), there is an ATM machine for convenience, but charges $2.50. Go for the combo!! Only complaint, they never came to refill drinks.. everything else was too good to knock off any stars though!

Took the wife here for mother’s day as per her request, They were super busy, which we expected. But our server, I believe his name was Johnathan, was absolutely amazing. Extremely attentive, and for as busy as he was, made it a point to continue checking in on us while we waited for our meals. As someone who’s spent 25+ years in the restaurant industry, I hope this company knows how much of an asset they have in an employee like Johnathan.

My girlfriend and I went there today and ordered the steak tacos. Mine tasted as if the meat was bad and she said hers was completely bland. We was told they were not going to charge us for the tacos just our drinks but then they charged us $9.35 for 2 sodas we will never go back there again.
