The bottom bun was a little stiff not joking. Also they forgot the cheese in my whopper. They should literally put cheese in every whopper and customers should just tell them if they don’t want the cheese. Stop charging extra for something you forget constantly. Service was good tho.

The wife & I went through the drive-thru. We each ordered a meal deal. When we got our food looked in the bag & the onion rings from my meal weren’t there. When I got them I looked at the burger (bacon king) I ordered it mustard, ketchup, & pickle. Attached is picture of the burger (notice the cheese is missing) if you look closely you might be able to see mustard & ketchup. To bad you give less than 1 star. Failed to mention when the original review was posted that the manager on duty was told that I wanted to talk to them. The manager took their time coming to the counter & then had attitude when they got there.

So I visited this Burger King in Lansing KS just now and ordered my kids meals and my wife’s salad and I ordered a whopper for me which I had gotten on the app an offer for a free whopper with purchase and redeemed for in store purchase and I received the code for it. I pulled up to the window and flashed my code on my phone and the employee says I can’t use that. I said what do you mean you can’t use it and he said you have to use that online. I said no I don’t it’s redeemed for in store purchase he says I need a number not a code. The code said MGR REQ which after calling customer service while waiting in the drive through I discover this code means Manager Required. This Employee claimed to be the Manager and the customer service rep said if he was the Manager then he can approve it. This Employee at this point Starts yelling at me through the window and refused to take my payment and give me my order. I said fine I’ll pay for the whopper. This Employee still continued to not take my payment and give me my order. I was left with no choice but to drive off with out my families Dinner. This place has been the worst fast food place I have ever experienced in my whole life every since they came back from the fire they had that shut them down. I will never return to this place and I hope to at least save just one person from the anxiety and stress I just went through. Do yourself a favor and pass on this particular Burger King. It’s not worth it!

Most of the reviews here dont understand that this BK has been short staffed, underpaid, and poorly ran by management so badly that they had to literally close the store. The food was pretty good when you get everything fresh, but that doesnt always happen. And now we get to see if it’s ever going to re-open. Fingers crossed but I wouldn’t keep my hope up.

We ordered our food and waited in line for well over 8 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. We got our food and one burger wasnt even close to what we ordered and the other sandwiches were warm at best. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to fix the sandwich that wasnt right and the lady was rude as heck, the kid that brought it to the car was very nice though. I will never eat at this Burger King again, worth the extra drive to go to the legends.

We waited in the drive thru line for 30 min to order. When we finally got to the front of the line to order they told us we had too much food. We tried to order a family pack (3 whoppers, and three cheeseburgers), and 3 mozzarella sticks. They only had 2 staff and couldn’t serve us. I wish getting on post was easier. I’d just go to that BK. Not sure what happened to the people behind us but they left too. Probably the same reason.

Ordered burger king last night through the app……they have a $20 ultimate party bundle. Comes with 2 whoppers, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 10 piece nuggets, 4 small fries and 4 small drinks. Ordered it for the family, got it and when we got home…no fries and no chicken nuggets. When we went to go pick it up, the place looked like it was closed with how dead it was so how could you have missing items??? Called the store, told them the problem (the guy was understanding and nice on the phone) and they remade it. Hubby goes to get it, brings it back and it’s still missing the nuggets!! Whoever does the bagging needs to be retrained on double checking to make sure the order is correct before handing it off to the customer.

I’ve been disappointed with Burger King the last few times I have visited. I really love their French fries, though lately they have been old and dry no matter during lunch or supper. The chicken always looks old and twice cooked. They packed my bag too full instead of giving me two bags and it ripped, spilling my French fries everywhere. And I had to ask for a drink carrier even though I was by myself.

This has turned me off to Burger King forever! We go there for dinner and have a coupon for the family bundle and the employee said “we can’t do those right now we are short staffed”. Why are you even opened? This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this place. One time they closed the whole place during business hours for a staff meeting. Run your business better!!!!
