I love the food she makes! It’s the best Thai food around and I’ve been craving for it since the pandemic started and today I finally get to buy and have some Thai fry flat noodles! They’re delicious and I usually get #9 on the menu with beef and 3 medium heat. Me and my mom always loves to go eat that one. She always give us so many and the whole box is full of everything! As you can see it from the pictures. Of course she have many other choices as well.

After reading the previous reviews; good to know it wasn’t just me that felt the male order-taker had a bad attitude. Really obnoxious and had poor customer service skills. Overall the food was great and the Thai lady doing the cooking was nice; but the guy working there needs to work on people skills.

The woman is very nice and helpful! The guy taking orders is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered 5 plates and asked the cashier if he could read the order back to me so I could make sure I had them correct. He threw the receipt book out the window. Very rude. I will not be giving this food truck my money anymore and will spread the word about the rude cashier and tell people to not give them their money. It is sad that he doesnt show any courteous. He also argues with the woman who cooks the food all the time. DO NOT EAT HERE. It is a privilege to be on a military base serving food to the people who fight for your freedom. He should be ashamed of himself.

This place has some of the best Thai in town. Some of my co-workers swear by other places but IMO this truck has the best quality/cost/size ratio.other places charge the same amount or more for a smaller serving of Pad Thai. I typically pay about $25 for two Pad Thais in a three-compartment styrofoam plate. And these are full plates. I usually get 3 meals out of it. I’ve payed the same or more at other places and only get 1 meal out of it.

This is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten! The Pad Thai is phenomenal but the yellow curry is also on point. The portions are HUGE. Honestly you’d be hard pressed to find anything on the menu that isn’t delicious. Oh dear Lord, the spring rolls!!! It’s a little Mom & Pop owned food trailer and they do a great job. I wish I was still working on base so I could eat there daily.

Food, portions, and the woman cooking was great!! The guy at the window was rude, acted like I was bothering him to order food, then when paying (there are no signs ANYWHERE that say CASH ONLY) he got even more unpleasant huffing, crossing his arms saying they only take cash. Then i gave cash and he couldn’t even calculate the change back and just abruptly plopped it down. . . Will not go back and have advised others not to even try it due to him.

Best Thai food on the coast. As a matter of fact it would excel anywhere. I rate Thai restaurants by trying the larb and Tum Yum soup. They nail both. The pork larb’s tender texture is perfect. It’s in the top 2 I’ve ever had and it’s from a food truck outside the Commissary on Keesler AFB!!! The Tum Yum is by far the best around. Sadly most civilians can’t get on base to sample the great food. The gentleman at the window is a bit gruff. But roll with it. I would be too if I were busting my butt to put out great quality food in already hot as forest fire food truck and even worse in July. expect a 25 minute wait and it’s cash only.

Save yourself from the verbal abuse. Food taste, price and portions are great – the service, not so much. The attitude and comments of the cashier are border line offensive, unpleasant, inappropriate and incredibly unprofessional. If the location was not so convenient to so many patrons, they would not be in business. Will not go back and would not recommend.

Great thai food, I used to work in a thai kitchen and I can say without a doubt the pad thai here is the great. It’s a smaller establishment and it is worth every penny. Try the Pad Thai or the spring rolls, they are awesome! Just be careful how spicy you make your order, they dont put the weak stuff in their food!
