The absolutely BEST KFC in the Northwest corridor of NJ. My team and I often travel from Hackettstown to this Phillipsburg location. The manager Mayur is the KFC whisper. They have all the KFC options. The food is nice and the orders are always precise.

Food is great, staff is fast. But please change your drink machine. It’s 3.50 for a flat soda. Not that anyone cares about the price but it’s super flat. And I know you guys know this. Change the machine or put out of order.

Most of the employees have a hard time understanding or specking English. Not a surprise! But I really enjoy KFC. Although, there prices are through the roof. Though, I don’t know if any fast food restaurants that are not priced skyhigh. Food was Great!!

Definitely a difference from last time that I was there. The dining area was spotless. The service was friendly and in the time it took me to eat my meal, all of the open tables were wiped clean twice. The employees all seemed to work together well and it looked like they were happy to be there. The store must have an excellent manager now, because I’ve been there before and it was a mess. Based off this visit I will be there more frequently.

Manager did not give me change for purchase. I gave him a tip which he kinda grabbed from my hand and put in tip container. Not even a thank you. I will be glad when Popeyes opens.
