We stopped at Panda Express on our way to Destin. Overall the food was alright. It didn’t really taste great like other Panda Express I had been to. The rolls and chicken were good. Fried rice didn’t really have any taste. Anyways the price was reasonable.

I came here for traveling from Texas. I read the reviews before coming here and most people don’t like this place. Personally, I really like how Hailey serves us. She is so sweet and willing to give us the fresh dishes. Highly recommended.

Normally, Connie loves panda express. The PE in santa fe was great, although the wait was about 40 minutes. In niceville, the ac was dead…but they did have substitutes which helped, kudos. But they were out of the 2 dishes that Connie likes, so the boss was a little unhappy, but the rice helped.

Very disappointing. Got there at 7:20 and the pic is all they had left over. They closed the kitchen at 645 so even though they close at 9. Expect to pick from what ever left over.. very limited selection. Two disgruntled families walked out after me hearing they had to pick what is left over…

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. 8:30pm on a Friday night and they have stopped making any new entrees because they close over 30 minutes from now. Every single item in the warmers looked incredibly old and disgusting. If you’re open, you’re open. I doubt the owners know the workers cut corners and lose money for them so they can get out early.

Incompetent staff and management, always miss online orders don’t bother, you’ll be waiting there longer than people that arrive after you for just regular over the counter orders. Orders were mixed up on 2 of 2 visits at two completely seperate times of day. Portions were not only small but the beef and broccoli was only broccoli. It was actually a comically bad experience.

2 stars for cleanliness and taste only. Half the food wasn’t even out and ready to serve at 11 when they opened. As you can see I got broccoli and beef but where’s the beef. Ended up all broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. I will have to say I believe part of the issue falls on the manager, there 3 people in here trying to get everything ready for the day so either the manager didn’t staff right or they had call outs and the manager was too lazy to fill in.

Friendly but not helpful service. Several items were out but staff unwilling to make more almost 4 hours before the closing time. Not to mention about the stingiest portions ever seen. Sad to see the quality/service go down this quickly since last year.
