Our whole order was a mess. Ordered two Doritos tacos but they gave us a regular. Ordered the new cheesy shredded beef dipping taco and what they gave us instead was some dry shredded beef on a Doritos taco shell!! What the heck? If you don’t have an ingredient please tell the customer don’t give them something awful. My Mexican pizza wasn’t cut at all. The grilled cheese steak burrito was mainly rice with 3 pieces of steak and tons of sauce. Really sad cause last few visits have been awful. I reached out and never got a response. I’ve yet to try the new taco (how it’s supposed to be made) I give up ♀️.

Food was decent, but the wait was insane. I stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes just to pay for the food I ordered on the kiosk then another 20+ for it to be ready. I went inside because drive thru was a little long and thought it was going to be faster but it took just a long if not longer. Staff wasn’t mean or rude just really busy.

I was waiting at the window for an order that I placed in the app 10 minutes prior to arrival. I was told it was going to be a minute so I asked if I could order an item while I wait? Not to mention no one was behind me and I was waiting ANYWAY. I was told that I would have to go all the way back around to order. Needless to say…I didn’t even bother.
