Would love to give the Waverly location a better rating because I LOVE Cava, but the online order quality control is seriously lacking. The photos below are the last three times I’ve ordered online and multiple things have been off with each. The most recent was a crazy amount of hard, crunchy rice that was throughout the entire bowl, so much that I couldn’t finish it. I’ve had multiple experiences with missing sauce, incorrect toppings, and bowls that are only half full. Ordering inside is always perfect, but I feel like I shouldn’t have to be watching for it to be made correctly. Especially for $12 dollars a bowl! Would love to see these issues resolved.

Great experience and I definitely love the concept! CAVA seems similar in concept to Chipotle but with a Mediterranean spin. The ingredients also seem to be elevated as well. I really love the food and drink options.

I’ve been to this location a few times and this is the second bad experience I’ve had with them. The first time I placed a online order, went to pick it up and when I got to my car and looked in the bag they didn’t have my pita chips in there so I had to go back to get it. Then when I got home I noticed they had chicken in my order and I didn’t order chicken to be in my order. Second bad experience was TODAY I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 12:00. I got there at 12:20 and one of the workers asked for my name, told him my name. I thought he was going to get my order and he didn’t so I figured it wasn’t ready. So I waited for 15 minutes and he asked for my name again, told him again and he checked the tickets then he checked a table that already had some orders sitting. MY ORDER WAS THERE THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS WAITING FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES!!! Mind you I thought it was other people’s orders because they had a long line outside for the drive thru pick up!! I won’t be at this location anymore. I don’t know what management has going on but they have to do better with their customer service!

I had an incredible experience at Cava! The restaurant was well-organized, and the staff members were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.
