The food was warm, at best, after picking up because it was sitting on a cold countertop. One burger didn’t have the avocado it comes with on the menu, and the other had wilted lettuce, and a whole slice of onion just placed on the burger(see photos in review).

I like this Smashburger because of where it is and what is around it. This one is in a low-mid foot traffic area where there is an ornamental water statue located near the outside dining area. That outside seating is shaded by plant foliage short and tall.

Never had smash before do thought I’d check it out. As far as burgers go it was good. Got the brisket burger. The wings is what caught me by surprise. They were amazing! Tender, juicy, and oh so delicious! The fries on the other hand were forgettable. Service wasn’t the best, but that’s today’s climate I guess.

Showed up at 6 on a Friday with a very hungry family. There was one group in the restaurant and the rest of the place was empty. We were told it would be an hour wait if we ordered food at the counter. I assume there must have been several online orders, but something has gone horribly wrong with the store’s procedures if it will take an hour to provide fast food.

Food is outstanding which is part of the problem. Have had to walkout several times after beng advised that orders were currently taking 45 mins. due to doordash etc. Need more cooks, letting business go with current working model. Staff is friendly and interior is clean. Colorado Burger and Rosemary Tots will make you believe in heaven.
