Sunday evening drive through for ice cream. Only 4 cars ahead of me. I was there for 30 minutes. In the drive through. From the time I ordered to the window it was 16 minutes (they have a timer). Ice cream was melting when I got it. Out of hot fudge. Cars leaving behind me. Won’t do that again. I’ll go to the local grocery first..

Food isn’t fresh but yet they make you wait 15 minutes so they can probably smoke who knows what in the back. They also fail to seal/ put things in bags because they’re probably so intoxicated on you probably know what, and dont care if the customers food quality is horrible. This DQ has always sucked. I’ve never waited so long at a drive threw until i moved to Albion. You could order a water and they would have you wait over 15 minutes for it. This place is trash and will always be trash.

The DQ food was the best. My family lives in North Manchester IN and the DQ their is not the greatest when it comes to the food. In north Manchester IN it takes forever to get your food, and when you get your food its not the greatest, its not hot and the taste is off or the food is dry. I wish all DQ’s like the one in Albion where the quality of their food was the same. Where the food taste this fresh and looks this fresh. The bathrooms were very clean and the whole building itself Is clean.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed ☹️.This place was absolutely filthy! Behind the counter spills, garbage, etc everywhere ! All the tables were dirty. There was not many people there. Employees standing around. You would think management would want better! I will NEVER stop there again.

Waited in line for the speaker for over 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of me because they don’t know how to take an order. The first one was there for lord knows how long trying to get their order placed correctly and the car in front of me had a similar issue. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with cheese curds and a small pumpkin pie blizzard. Not difficult right? Oof. They thought I still wanted a drink and then when they repeated the order back and said nothing about cheese curds, I reminded them I wanted cheese curds “for the side” is exactly what I said. They didn’t sub the fries for curds and I got charged full price for my curds and got a side of fries I didn’t want. Also, the only napkin I was given was wadded up and thrown on said fries…not appetizing to see because it was clearly crumpled into a wad.

We entered the building at 7:30pm. Our order wasn’t taken until 8:09 pm. The entire building smells like raw sewage. Manager was so rude and I couldn’t tell you her name because not 1 employee was wearing a name tag.
