We ordered pizza for delivery on Saturday and recieved confirmation that we would receive delivery in 45 minutes. Over an hour later, I called for an update and was told our order was just leaving and we should have it in a couple minutes. Ok cool, no biggie. We are literally 5 minutes away. Called back 30 minutes later and asked to speak to manager as we are still waiting for delivery. She said our order was huge (4 pizzas and wings) and that the quoted time is never accurate. I then find out our food hasnt even left yet. I am quite frustrated at this point however I am calm and just asking when our food is coming (hence the last call saying it was already on the way) and what can be done because our family get together is starving at this point. The manager then says it is not worth talking about and hung up on me!!

We have ordered Marcos from this location for years. We love the food. We hadn’t ordered in awhile but I called today as I haven’t downloaded the app on my new phone. The guy taking the order in the phone and the delivery driver were not friendly at all. I was a bit surprised as drivers have always been friendly. I hope you haven’t lowered your standards in who you are hiring now.

Always enjoy taking kids to this location. They are friendly and for some reason the way they cut the veggies for salads is perfect. Especially, the Italian salad. Try the Italian salad with the Parmesan packets is soooo good.

I usually have a good experience. Not today! Ordered online. Tracked my order – said it was delivered – wasn’t. Went to location- informed phone lines were down but attendant was on the phone. Picked up my cold order – 2 hrs late. Insulted me by telling me they will give me 20% off after I paid a delivery fee plus 25% tip. I’ll just go elsewhere. Worst customer service ever!

Sometimes you have a busy family and just need to order pizza. I personally don’t care for their pizza but I chose to order from here because I don’t have to eat pizza. I like their meatball sub and even their wings are decent. But, don’t order delivery! One thing that is consistent is their long delivery times. Over an hour, always. Usually closer to 2 hours. Another constant is their inability to deliver your complete order.
