Great food, the staff we encountered were all nice. Seated quickly the kids pack they give kept our 2 year old busy, and the food was outstanding.

The food was less than good and very over priced. We had 4 adults, a 18 month old and a four year old in our party. Get the bill and we are charged 18 percent gratuity for 6 in our part. REALLY the kids shared and the service was nothing to brag about! I am local and will NOT be going back. Gratuity is earned, not just added to the bill.

Friday night Halloween weekend only 2 bartenders and 2 waitresses. 40 min before your served a drink. Food over an hour. Wow really you should know that this will be a big weekend here. But on the plus good friends and the music is great.

Just getting into Las Vegas we stopped in for a late lunch. The staff members were professional, but funny and very helpful. We ordered appetizers and as our main course we wanted to share a salad… which they kindly spilt for us before bring it to our table. As a non meat eater that gesture was very much appreciated. I will be visiting this HR cafe again soon!

Since I last went the the Hard Rock Café, prices have gone up and measures have gone down. The Hard Rock Cafe used to be one of the best value for money places on the stripe to have a few cocktails, it isn’t anymore. I once would of got 5 stars off me and now it is only 2

When we first arrived to this establishment there was no one in the restaurant at dinner time. Upon walking in we were hassled by people standing out front for change as well as leaving we were hassled by the same people. Our server was not friendly, the table behind us was extremely intoxicated and throwing things toward our table trying to cause disturbances. A veggie burger was ordered and had to be sent back because it was hard and not cooked. After leaving the restaurant everyone from our party was sick with diarrhea within hours after eating here. Would not recommend eating here!

The food was good but I felt there could have been more selection on the menu. Prices were a little higher than I expected. Service was exceptional and the memorabilia was cool to see.

What a HORRIBLE experience! The food was good, service was very poor, to almost non-existant! The restaurant was NOT busy, yet the waitress was not to be seen again until very much later she brought the food, put it on the table, and disappeared again. No napkins, no silverware, no refills on water, soda or beer. In fact the only way I got another beer was to go to the bar and order it myself. We asked another waitress for refills on water, she immediately provided them. We flagged a busboy and asked for napkins and silver and she brought them right over. All this, and our waitress still didn’t stop to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything.

Nice place. The slots seemed like they need a little TLC tbough. One game had a players club card slot that was too tight and would not work properly and another machine would not accept money all together. They were the Britney Spears game and the ducks in a row game.
