Love the blueberry basil lemonade, but twice this week I’ve ordered salads with avocado on them and both times they were so hard they couldn’t even cut through them. Crunchy avocados – not good! What’s really annoying is that clearly someone tried to cut them.

From wraps to Caesar salad to a delicious strawberry lemonade slushie, this place has it all. And with the Build Your Own salad, you can choose all your favorite ingredients and build your favorite salad with just a few clicks of a button. Highly recommended.

I love salad and go! However this location does not have fresh produce, it’s a shame because they merely opened days ago. My romaine lettuce had freckles and was so soft, not crunchy at all. It makes you wonder what state their other produce is like and how it’s being handled and stored. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve been to this location when I am in prosper once a week, and the 5 total visits I’ve had my order has been incorrect. They never remember the green salsa and have been out of product. Not sure who the GM is but I am a GM myself and never let the standards be this inconsistent. Happy to send my resume because I love this concept. The Allen location is just as bad which I will be leaving a review for as well.

Dateline Aug 23rd, 4:55 Pm. The man on window was very slow and had a bad attitude. The salad itself was very good (as usual), and the service is usually very good too, but this time, thanks to Mr Bad Attitude, I was left with a very bad taste overall!

I actually love Salad and Go. Easy button, affordable, convenient & healthy. I’ve been to a few locations. The Prosper location on Preston today, 4/17/23 at 4:05p, customer service is horrible. I work and hire people for customer service, and would be embarrassed if they were my representation.
